Just brought a virtual gift card online and came to this location to try if it is worked. The manager Wendy was very helpful and accepted my gift card with no question asked. The food was good, since this BK is next to MB, defiantly will stop by next time.

Just did the online delivery. It’s been 2 hours and still no food. Only one driver for all of Everett and Chelsea is stupid! Step it up! Waste of time! Also the manager was an ass on the phone! Hospitality is not taught at this place! McDonald’s next time!

Before heading out for a night of dancing, we decided to stop in at this Burger King for a quick snack. When we entered the restaurant it was busy, but we were greeted by a polite employee who took our order quickly. The staff here was making their food fresh, and everything we ordered was warm and crispy. We watched a few different customers enter the store and each person got the same service and respect which was nice to see. The only critique we had was the fact that the food took a while to receive, but this wasn’t a big issue because again, the food was made fresh. In the end, this is the best Burger King we have been to in a while. We enjoyed both the service and food at this store which is not something I can say about the stores in our area.

This review is basically just for their delivery service. We ordered for delivery today for the first time ever. Just wanted to try it out. It was actually pretty good if you don’t feel like leaving the crib. When you complete your order, they say they take an average of 60 minutes to arrive. That was fine with me. They came within almost exactly 1 hour like they said they would. The delivery guy would have came a little faster if he had a GPS navigation system on him. The delivery guy had to call me for directions to my house. Other than that, I thought the delivery service was okay. The food was still hot. The burgers came in these sealed plastic containers that keep the food warm. The food was very good and delicious also. And so you know, they charge a $ 2 delivery fee. I think I’d do this again if I ever wanted some BK but didn’t want to go anywhere.

This has got to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to or laid eyes upon… and that’s saying a lot! The place was a complete dump and looks like it hasn’t had a good scrubbing since it was opened. The workers were inconsiderate and outwardly rude. The bathroom was atrocious, at least when I visited. Tried to exchange my regular fries on the meal to curly fries and they wanted to charge me the full amount on the curly fries and not give me the regular ones. isn’t the whole bit of Burger King«having it your way»? The plus side was that there is plenty of parking and it’s right across from both Market Basket and TJ Maxx(both being places that I frequent a lot) but even that wasn’t enough for me to consider coming to this dump again. Avoid like the plague

My wife and I cannot believe the attitude of the young manager at this branch. All she wanted to purchase was a plain soft serve in a cup and one with fudge topping in it. She was charged for the price of two sundaes and when she disputed the error the cashier, reluctantly got his manager who seemed upset at having been interrupted with his conversation with someone and the manager blamed my wife and claimed that she did order two sundaes and refused to give her money back, saying«We do not make mistakes.» To add insult to injury, both softserves had the equivalent of about 6 tbl. of their product in it, that is about 3 tbl. of softserve per serving and she was charged $ 1.50 for each one. In all my 30 years working in culinary as a chef, I have never, ever seen a customer treated thus way and the manager not even wanting to fix the problem. Incidentally, I have written to corporate headquarters two days ago and still waiting for a rep to get back to me. Bob Golden of Medford
