We offer a wide range of class offerings for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced athletes. We provide the highest quality programming and coaching for all fitness levels with an individualized approach making each member at every fitness level feel welcomed, supported, and challenged.
CrossFit110 believes that any good fitness program must be built off of a strong foundation of nutrition. We provide quality nutrition counseling that goes beyond just making you look better in front of the mirror, but also supports all aspects of how the body functions optimally in life and how you feel.
We understand that you have many choices for fitness, but you come to CrossFit110 for results and we strive to deliver the best results in the industry; physically, mentally, and nutritionally.
Most importantly we look to develop our community. Forming strong relationships with others in the box is one of the most important parts of why CrossFit is so successful. We will work to continually develop and cultivate these bonds through community building programs.
Lastly, CrossFit110 wants to provide an environment where our members are encouraged to work and play hard and are always looking forward to the next time they walk through the door

Meet the Business Owner
Susanne D.
Business Owner
Susanne has always had a lifelong passion for sports, fitness, health and wellness. She loves learning about the body, fitness, nutrition and health. This motivated her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
She had always believed in the ten elements of fitness as defined by CrossFit — strength, agility, power, stamina, cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, speed and accuracy. Understanding how CrossFit enhanced these skills in their athletes was revolutionary and yet simple.
Susanne was captivated by its proven methodology as well as its freshness, intensity, and capacity to deliver results. The more she utilized the CrossFit programming, the better the results she saw.
The results were truly mind blowing. Susanne is thrilled to share this mindset and programming with our local community and help our clients reach goals they never even imagined!
