Eugene is a Lewis County based counselor with over 30 years of experience in treating the broad range of psychological and emotional disturbances ranging from depression, relationship management, anxiety, anger, family, marital and divorce issues to the difficult challenge of career changes and designing the necessary architecture for the joy of raising children in a increasingly difficult society.

Business Owner

After five years with the State of Washington, Eugene, took a position as a research associate at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and was later promoted to Clinical Instructor. Following his tenure at the University he took a position as assistant director of the Lewis County Mental Health Clinic and was the Mental Health Specialist for Lewis County for five years. In that position he worked with the broad range of psycho-​emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues of those in his local community. After five years of serving Lewis County, Washington, Eugene, opened a private clinical counseling practice and has been so engaged in that practice for the past thirty-​six years.
