I want to start off by first saying that this location just fired almost everyone and rehired almost all new people within the last week. So just by what I learned today while I was there. There were only 3 mechanics left for a shop with over 8 bays one of which had to be called in on his day off. Actually there were some big wigs there holding some interviews for newbies.
With all that said I went to the shop because I was told the day before that I would need a new ball joint by another shop that were installing my new tires. I needed an assessment to make sure that it was something I needed before I threw 400 $ at it.
They confirmed I needed it done and quoted me for 100 $ less than the other shop.
So a very big thank you to everyone who helped fix my vehicle.

I brought my car to this shop in the course of a long road-​trip after the wheels started locking and brakes squealing. The mechanic told me that the brakes were simply over-​adjusted and needed to be loosened. That didn’t sit well with me because I had just had a brake adjustment a week earlier, plus the problem only showed up after extensive driving. Despite my persistence, the mechanic insisted that nothing was wrong.
I drove on about two hours and the car shut down. Thankfully, I was near a dealer who was able to pinpoint the problem immediately: a collapsed brake hose was leading to substantial overheating and had ruined both the drum and brake fluid. This was a potentially fatal problem which was revealed on just visual inspection. While I understand that mistakes happen, and my experience was just one datapoint, I would be very cautious of this place.
