WTS Media

I can’t rave enough about the customer service, product quality and value at WTS Media. I am so happy I went with them and will definitely use WTS Media for my future needs.
First of all, I was getting a small batch of CDs reproduced. Just 100. Most large duplication companies were going to charge me almost $ 300 including shipping. I paid $ 120 with WTS and was able to skip shipping because I could pick up locally at their office.
My sales rep was fantastic. I had questions about the design and the three times I called the customer service department, I talked to someone immediately or received a phone call/​follow-​up email back within an hour.
A few days after I’d submitted my masters for the CD, I asked my sales rep if there was time to halt production of the CD because I wanted to add a few extra tracks. He responded immediately– caught the CD before it went to be duplicated– and added the extra tracks that I requested. No extra charge. He really went out of his way to cater to my needs. I was so grateful!
My CD was finished 36 hours before the original deadline they gave me! It looks and sounds perfect.
Their website is also exceptionally user-​friendly and modern. WTS Media gives you the personal touch of a small-​town business with professionalism to beat any of the larger companies! I’m so impressed! Definitely go with these guys. :)
Addendum: I’ve noticed that Unilocal is not widely used in Chattanooga, and so I am sad to see that WTS has a few bad reviews skewing its rating down. Two out of three of these reviews are from people who didn’t even order anything. Ha! I hope my review helps. I am a professional musician and I loved working with WTS.

I’ve been a WTS customer for over 3 years. I’ve also been in this business and have dealt with other similar suppliers for over 12 years. WTS, hands down, has the best customer service, product, and pricing. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and that your order is done correctly and on-​time. There have even been times where I needed a little favor and they have bent over backwards to either fix an art file or explain what needed to be done to make sure an order came out the way I needed it.
WTS has gone from being one of several vendors to my number one vendor for CD/​DVD replication.

Unbelievable. While inquiring about an order, I realized this company was not as technologically proficient as I had assumed. Though I never actually placed an order nor signed anything, after rescinding this inquiry, they have now had the gall to try to charge me for the return of a sample I never even asked to have returned! I should charge them for wasting my time and for the cost of the CDs I overnighted to them because they weren’t able to handle an online transfer. What a way to run a business.
