Implant and system experience within cardiovascular (heart valves, coronary and peripheral stents, catheters, anastomosis clips, wires, filters, and coils), spinal (cages, dynamic/motion-preservation rod systems, screws, and plates), and orthopedic (total joints, nails, plates, and screws). Extensive work with Nitinol (NiTi), as well as stainless steel, cobalt-chromium, polymers, bioabsorbable/bioresorbable polymers, and elastomers. Additional assistance provided in areas of patent protection, cadaver and animal testing, and reverse engineering.
