Great customer service, a guy that didn’t even work there anymore jumped in and helped me when he noticed I was waiting. I had the triathlete smoothie which was very good. The acai berry bowl was not that good but it’s probably because I had to modify it a bit due to allergies. They also have all raw vegan snacks and desserts to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is so awesome! I was in town checking out Chattanooga and had a craving for acai bowls and this place seriously does it so right. I got the PB acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious and presented so well! I’m already planning my next visit when I get a chance

This place is so on point. There are so many options for juices and smoothies that this place will keep you coming back often! The acai bowl was delicious and a good size to split for two people. They also have pitaya bowls! Exciting because I don’t see too many juice/​smoothie places that offer these bowls. They also let you sample any juice they have — great for when you have no idea what to order. They have some fruity popsicles as well, but make sure to ask them for it. I got a watermelon one which was delicious. The grab and go food is also delicious. I got to try the curry quinoa salad which was not too sweet and had a very spicy-​ful curry taste without overdoing it. The collard green wrap had a bit more «raw» feel to it, is super crunchy, and packed with fresh vegetables. These meal boxes are definitely filling, so don’t worry about whether the amount will be enough for a meal.
The entire place is incredibly spacious and very well decorated with plenty of seating and hipster magazines to peruse. There is also a wall lined with some local products as well as food items (granola, etc.) For Chatt, this is a lovely healthy food option in the city that does juice + smoothies exceptionally well.

Love this place!!! Go in and get some free samples of their fresh juices. They have smoothies and Acai and pitaya bowls as well.

Staff is so great !!! Don’t know what you like? Ask the staff for a sample drink! Beautiful décor. Try the Popsicles and the Kombucha !!!

I was in town for business and wanted something healthy and nutritious. I found this on Unilocal.
The atmosphere was cool and modern. I like how they converted an old warehouse or old building into a modern café.
They offered a variety of juices, smoothies, breakfast fruit bowls (acai, almond milk, granola, etc) and teas. And they also had a few items for sale.
I enjoy my Rio acai bowl a lot. It was very filling and tasty. I also had some tea as well.
I really liked it here and would definitely come back.

I use Unilocal quite frequently but I never take the time to rate a business, however I feel so strongly about my interaction at this place and how awful it was that I have to write a review. My sister and I have been into juicing this month so we decided to pay this place a visit since it had such good reviews. First of all, this place is overpriced and we totally understand that this place is organic and that you pay more eating healthy but with that being said when the shake I order says it has a banana in it I would assume they would put the whole banana in there considering that we paid over $ 8.00 for a shake, but NO! They only put half. On top of that the guy that was working there didn’t acknowledge us when we came in. We politely told him that we were ready to order when he was and the whole interaction was awkward. The place wasn’t busy and It took him over 10 mins to make one shake because he kept cleaning, organizing and even poured himself and drink while we were waiting right in front of him. We left the place feeling so disappointed and upset. I have been thinking about this interaction all week because this is not how a business should be treating people so I just had to come here and leave my thoughts and hopefully this can be improved and corrected. Never visiting this place again.

Fresh organic juice, trendy layout/​furnishings, and friendly staff! What more can a girl ask for while on vacation?

Love this place!!! My smoothie, the pink energy, is amazing! I added greens! Everything is super fresh & organic! & I love that the cups are 100% recycled! The employee was super friendly & down to earth! Impressed! Will be back if I’m ever in the area again!

My long-​time vegan Sis & I decided to try something. new, so we came here for lunch. Cute, sparse-​but-​adequate furnishings. Wonderfully polite, engaging service; samples. And the food … OMG! Heaven in my mouth! I had a black bean burger w/​fresh tomato & greens, on a portobello bun w/​avocado purée, Lavender Lemonade to drink. Sis had a rice & black bean bowl w/​pineapple chutney, frothy monkey shake to drink. Foot was excellent! Fresh, flavorful — exactly what we were hoping for. It’s our new favorite place on Southside!

Juice fresh and delicious. Service great. Just what I needed for mid-​day perk up. I created my own juice (carrot, cucumber & celery), but my husband and friend selected some from the fresh case. They were able to sample first before purchasing. Since they don’t drink a lot of juices, that was really helpful.

Chattanooga is really fortunate right now to have so many options for vegans/​vegetarians, and The Local Juicery & Kitchen is certainly one of the great ones.
Whether you’re looking for a fresh pre-​made juice in their fridge, or perhaps a smoothie or an acai bowl at the bar they have you covered. Maybe you’re looking for more though. Like helpful health advice, juice cleanses, and some kale chips to snack on? Yes that’s all a part of the Local Juice experience too, especially as their staff is so helpful if you have questions.
I was a ‘juice virgin’, for lack of a better term, when I went in, but all the staff were as helpful answering my questions on my first visit as they have been helping me out with any additional inquiries on all visits since then. I’d say too, perhaps as I stick out as a ‘non-​traditional’ juice fan, they’ve come to know me and are quite welcoming too whether I see them in the store or around town.
I still have yet to try everything I’d like to try there, including an acai bowl and a juice cleanse as I tend to use them as single meal supplements and not full day supplements, but I’ve enjoyed very much what I have had thus far.
As Chattanooga is again becoming quite the bastion for good raw/​vegan/​vegetarian options I can even say comparatively to Southside Sqweeze, another Chattanooga based local juice and raw food establishment, the prices are a bit cheaper here at Local though where Southside might have the advantage is a broader variety of pre-​made juice selections in their fridge and now they have two locations for added convenience. Though as The Local Juice has now started deliveries too I can tell they’re trying to make their juice as accessible as possible too, plus their Main St. location alone makes it a prime spot for their target audience.
So whether you’re a first time juicer, or a veteran, definitely hop in to The Local Juice on Main St. and check out all that they have to offer.

Traveling on business and feeling like absolute crap, I found this place on Unilocal.
My body was craving this like Obama loves vacations.
It was excellent and delicious.

I love this place! I stayed nearby at the Crash Pad and they sent me over to The Local for breakfast. Since I was traveling I was really missing my usual breakfast smoothie. But I didn’t miss it once I found this place. I tried the Crux, Complete Protein, and Living Green as well as their bottled lemonade with activated charcoal. Everything was fresh and good and made me feel healthy and happy. The staff are healthy, happy people as well. I just can’t say enough good things about this place.

This place is a heaven for all juice heads out there! Along with a colorful collection of life-​giving juices, they make an amazing variety of smoothies and acai bowls that are a must try, especially in-​house! The moment you walk in you are smacked in the face with a potent fruit and veggie aroma… the gift that keeps on giving. Check these guys out! The staff is great. The vibes are chill. And the city is beautiful. Juice on!

Amazing place and great vibes! Trent there knows his stuff and is doing an awesome job supporting the locals with all sorts of flair from artists to other brewers. Me and my girlfriend were just passing through on our way back to Atlanta and found this amazing gem! :) Thank you Trent and Lexie for making amazing smoothies and for giving us free samples of the awesome juice!
I ended up getting the carrot, orange, ginger, turmeric, and jalapeño juice and a frothy monkey and the yogi for the girlfriend :)
Beautiful place and lovely energy

Super impressed with this place. I’m a sucker for a good logo so that is what ultimately brought me there. Usually if someone has taken time on a good logo means they’ve taken time on a space created. Little did I know that this place has only been open for a week. Their cold case was nearly sold out. I really wanted to try a cold pressed juice so I grabbed what was left and wanted something from «the blender» Ordered the «Frothy Monkey» banana, nut butter, almond milk, cacao nibs, and bee pollen. It was very yummy but experiences are always better when the workers are kind. Met the owner, he was great! Super helpful and excited. He even suggested some other places in the city.
I could sit in The Local Juice for hours on end. The build out is gorgeous. I’ll be going back before my trip is over.

I got to try some of Trent’s first juice samples and they were amazing. I can only imagine how wonderful his place is.
