At Stone Source, we feature a complete array of innovative products including natural stone surfaces, hand-​crafted tiles and quality plumbing fixtures. The Stone Source design experts are always on hand to assist our customers with planning and selection. The Stone Source installers are highly skilled craftsmen who specialize in creating counter tops, flooring patterns, mosaics and chair-​rail moldings that are true works of art. History

Established in 1999.

Stone Source is not just our name, but the way we originally imagined our business. Frank started a tile installation business in 1992. He opened Stone Source in order to help people find the higher-​end, hard to find items in Chattanooga.

Stone Source quickly gained the reputation as the place to shop for the «out of the ordinary». The philosophy was a hands-​on approach; quality over quantity. In 2003, Frank bought out his partner and, with his wife Anna, stepped into the showroom. Shortly, they were able to attract exclusive lines such as Walker Zanger and Sonoma Tilemakers.

In 2004 Frank was doing a job for friends Blackwell and Dana Smith. Blackwell was disappointed with the lack of selection in plumbing products. The Bakers and the Smiths decided to start a joint venture by adding plumbing fixtures to their well established tile and countertop business. The showroom expanded and Stone Source was able to offer their customers the latest innovations in the plumbing industry.
