Established in 1994.

McCoy Homes has over 20 years of experience in homebuilding and residential construction, beginning when Billy McCoy built his first home for his family in 1992. As a metal fabricator, he began his construction experience as a team member producing high-​quality, custom materials for use on projects. This hands-​on approach and personal involvement in the project has stayed with him through the years. Though McCoy Homes has grown, he still approaches every project with the same degree of pride and craftsmanship as he did as a metal fabricator. He continues to manage all projects with frequent on-​site inspections and meetings, taking great pride in every detail of the building process. His philosophy is «Exceed Expectations and strive to take the Stress out of Building.»
