Worst landlords ever. They Do not fix anything and harass you for the rent ON the due date when in the lease you have a 5 day grace period. Ken called my husband an ass hole and tried to start a fight with my husband. They lie and deceive and didn’t help when the 84 yr old in anther apt was being beat on by her daughter even when the police told them what was going on they still did t evict the daughter and they said if there was no proof they couldn’t do anything. I guess being hauled off in handcuffs and having a protection order on the mom saying the daughter couldn’t be anywhere near place was not good enough. Anyway beware of renting from Ken and Travis mullis.
