Just a warning, if you subscribe to this paper… the restaurant reviews are NOT real reviews. Good restaurants that don’t advertise get mediocre reviews. Lousy restaurants that DO advertise never get an honest review. So take what they write «with a grain of salt» … pun intended.
If you want a bit of humor in your day, read the letters to the editor.
Once in a great while, there are in-​depth, well written stories. Once. In a great while.
Clay Bennett (political cartoonist) is a saving grace.
The opposing editorials (moderate liberal vs. bible thumping conservative) are predictable. Rarely thought provoking on either side.
The only reason the paper comes to my house is because the hubs and I are a certain demographic and still read the paper in the morning. Why we hang on to this, I’m not sure! He pays for the subscription. I wouldn’t.

Subscribed to the weekend edition two or three different times for the past half year or so.
Ads in Sunday paper have gone from many to ZERO.
I have about a 70% success rate of actually receiving the Saturday or Sunday paper. Recently, it’s been a 50% success rate.
I can go buy the paper at Wal-​Mart for $ 1 for Sunday edition which cuts my cost in half and I actually get ads and coupons in that one.
Multiple calls to the Subscription/​Missed paper number and the problems persisted.
On rainy days, paper would NOT be double bagged, resulting in a wet and unreadable newspaper multiple times.
