Established in 1982.
Began as a balloon bouquet delivered in costume business and developed into primarily décor. We still deliver bouquets for birthdays, etc. Décor materials include lighting, fabric and foam products. We do custom décor and will ship D.Y.I. centerpieces and other products to your city.

I began this business in 1982 with costumed balloon deliveries. Today Balloon A’Fair does party and event décor for private or corporate events. Parties of 20 to conventions of 1,000’s. Some of our clients MTV, Disney, M&M Mars and 2000 Republican Campaign.
