My wife loves Amy’s for pedicures, manicures, nail art, and permanent makeup. When my back is hurting, she has the right touch. Employees are always polite and friendly. Try it, you’ll like it.

The salon was clean, but service was very slow and they don’t seem to have a grasp on good customer service, although they seemed to have had some regulars, based on familiarity of conversations. I was seated in a pedicure chair right away, but after 10 minutes I had to ask them to fill my bowl with water. Really? There were issues with my pedicure chair — first, they had to get a stopper from another chair; then the whirlpool jet didn’t work, and the light fell off into the bowl when they tried to fix the jet. They finally got it working. The pedicure was what I would consider marginal. There were a few positives: I got the feeling that I may have gotten a better pedicure had Ruth done it. She did the person next to me and seemed much more detailed and customer oriented. The owner is very pleasant and speaks good English. They had a great selection of nail colors. I might give them a second chance if I can schedule with Ruth…

This place was clean and the staff was friendly but the service is incredibly slow. I was there over two hours for regular pedicure and manicure despite making an appointment. Not everyone here can do designs so if you get one you have to wait for the person to finish with someone else before they even get to you no matter how long you’ve already waited. Because it was so late when they finished, I feel that they rushed through it a bit which left me not as thrilled with the end result as I would’ve liked to be. Would be better place if they could just hire more people or become more efficient.
