The gentleman that helped me was so friendly! I had my pre paid packaged taped and ready to go. Came in the store, dropped it off and out the door. Super fast and friendly service. Parking was easy to find in the shopping center.

Parking wasn’t a problem, but it was 2:00 or so when I went. A few eateries in this shopping center makes it hard to park normally. Anyway, there was one guy ahead of me and I waited about five minutes. Returned a package with a ups call tag attached… The guy weighed it, scanned it, and printed out a receipt in about 30 seconds. Not bad… Then on my way!

Came in with mailing labels printed and everything ready. Only thing was I wasn’t able to tape it on due to being rushed in the morning. The guy at the counter goes ahead and tapes everything together and tells me I owe him 50 cents per package. I didn’t understand because I was never charged at any other store when the people there did the exact same thing, simply tape on the label. He told me if I didn’t want to be charged I should go to the other stores but because the deed was done I owed him the money. Honestly, it wasn’t a lot of money but the manner in which he carried on the transaction, telling me after the fact and obligating me to pay him made for an entirely unpleasant experience at this store.
I would definitely recommend going to another UPS if possible.
