Terminex in chatsworth was a very good pest control company to use. If ever I have another pest problem I will use terminex. The technicians are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time and service from terminex on my pest problem. Thanks guys !!

Thanks to Javier Romero I feel like my pest control issue has been handled. He is so knowledgable and patient with me. He answered all my questions and was super friendly. Dealing with pests is a nightmare and he was very encouraging and supportive. He Lao said to contact him anytime with rustic a or concerns. I really appreciated the great customer service!

I would have given zero stars if possible. They are unreliable & unprofessional. We had 3 individual appointments spanning 5÷20÷16, 5÷25÷16 & 5÷27÷16. They neither showed up or called. We are a small business and there were several people here all day so there was no chance of missing them.
I think Terminix is a franchise but this location in Chatsworth is giving the entire company and all of it’s franchisees a bad name.
If you are a busy person on a tight schedule, don’t give your time and money to a company who doesn’t have the respect to show up as planned.
I will probably look for a small independent company who appreciate the business.

I requested a inspection from terminex on my e-​mail offer. They called and I made an appointment. the inspector (Pete Sanchez) was on time. He explained everything to me and proceeded to inspect every thing. Outside all around my house-​under my eves– inside-​everyroom –under the house-​very nick and cranny of my house! He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about insects, pests and how to keep my house in good shape. The follow-​up gentleman (John) did a good job of spraying and cleaning my house. I think they did a good job. They both were gentleman an spent an adequate amount of time to do the job

5 stars for the great service being done by Javier. He was very attentive and gave a clear understanding of what was to be done. 0 stars for the customer service over the phone. They are not clear on the actual billing. I only wanted a one time service but they set me up for a bi-​monthly payment account without my knowledge. Beware.

Has the worst call center telephone system ever. You ask a technical question that requires more knowledge than the call center representative has. She says that she will transfer you to some one who has the knowledge and you are just left waiting with music playing. I waited for 10 minutes and there was no acknowledgement that someone would answer the call. I tried again and was left hanging, after 15 minutes I hung up again. I will take my business elsewhere.

Termini is the worst and the least professional company I have ever worked with. I have a rental property In Venice Beach and my tenant was kind enough twice to waste his time for them to come and give me a quote. They wasted his time and mine and never showed up. I called and 3 x they put me on a 15 min hold and I finally hung up all 3x. I would never use them. Now I understand why companies go out of business. It is because of the lousy employees who don’t give a damm. People wonder why they can’t find a job. It is because they are lazy, irresponsible or just don’t care. Good luck to Terminix and sure we will be reading about them in the Bankruptcy courts.

I’ve been using Terminix in Chatsworth for a while now and I’m really happy with my technician Russell Fries, always courteous, always on time. Great customer service from both Russell and Chris.

How is Terminix even still in business? I contracted them to tent my house and garage. They only did the house. It’s been more than a month. I’ve called Customer Service every day, 15 to 20 minutes on hold, then a promise that someone from the district office will call me back. They stole my stash key, destroyed a fence, and STILL HAVEN’T CALLED ME BACK. And get this: They don’t take incoming calls! Only a Customer Service call center — staffed by contractors — who then convey messages to district managers «whose numbers they aren’t authorized to give out.» The fumigation team is contractors. The repair guy they sent to fix the fence is a contractor. The salesman, I assume, was a contractor, too. He won’t return my calls. They suck.

The Termiinix tech we have been using out of the Chatsworth office is excellent. Jose always calls the day before to make sure we will be home. Calls again the following morning to once again confirm the appointment time. He is courteous, always been on time and provides us with excellent service. He is our go to bug killer!

Completely unprofessional. I get it, things happen, but not calling to give a status update, or to let someone know the appt needs to be re-​scheduled is a blatant disregard of ones time. After over 30 mins on hold, the dispatcher can’t get a hold of the agent or their supervisor? smh…

We have been using Terminex for all our bug needs & have never had any problems. Our technician is the best, always shows up as scheduled and gets rid of our creepy bugs. Love their prices which are affordable and we can also go online to cancel or reschedule a new appointment. Terminex makes things easy for the customer:)

Ceferino Hernandez is the best Terminex associate we have ever had! He always lets me know when he arrives and listens to and addresses any concerns I may have. He does not rush through the service like others have done. He takes the time to do the best job possible. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell that he takes great pride in his work. We were so fortunate to get Ceferino on our route! I will gladly refer anyone who needs pest control service to Terminex as long as they can have Ceferino at their home!

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have had to deal with! Scheduling appointments with these guys is pointless, they will show up early, or not at all, wasting my precious time that I had to take off of work. There is only ONE tech (Jon) that I have had a pleasant experience with.
I prefer to schedule appointments on Saturdays since I work M-​F, and it doesn’t matter how many times I call them to make sure they note that somewhere, my service is always scheduled smack dab in the middle of a work day. No biggie, after two years I got used to the fact that it’s like talking to a wall, so I call and reschedule.
The problem with Saturday appointments, is that most people don’t like working on Saturdays. I’ve had the tech send in a report that the service was performed when no one showed up on more than one occasion. What made me get on Unilocal is my most recent experience:
This past Saturday I spent my day cleaning the living room with the curtains wide open so I don’t accidentally miss the service during the scheduled service time (10−12PM). I live in a gated community, so I should have gotten a call from the tech to be let in, but hey, he may have gotten there when someone was leaving or something and wouldn’t have to call. To my surprise, I got an email at 11:46 saying that the service was performed. Wait what? When? How did I miss it? After fuming for a few minutes I figured that I may have had my back turned to the (quite large) window (which allows me to see the entire patio) when the service guy came by for a couple minutes. So I figured I will call on Monday (today) to follow up; since the service guy never let me know he was there, I didn’t get the inside of my unit sprayed.
I finally got a lovely lady who clearly hates her job on the line and after about a 5 minute conversation (4 of which was silence and me saying «hello?») she told me that the service tech came out at 11:01 and left at 11:21. Bull SH*T! I was definitely not turned away for that long, there was NO WAY someone would have spent 20 minutes spraying the (maybe 24 sq ft?) patio of my unit (especially without me noticing) and then the service ticket says that customer was «unavailable’ to sign??? What am I paying $ 114 a quarter for? The customer service girl couldn’t give a rats a** about that, so she told me she will have someone from the office follow up. I’m not too bummed about that, hopefully who ever calls me will speak better English and be able to reply in a timely manner, not after 30 seconds of silence.
I can’t wait for that call!
I decided not to post this review on the day I wrote it, and let myself «chill» and come to my senses. It’s now over a week later and I feel the exact same way, so here it is.
Also, the only phone call I got was saying they were able to schedule my appointment for a Saturday in two weeks as requested. Thanks guys.

As long as terminix continues hiring honest, hardworking employees like Aaron; terminix will always be our go to spot. Thanks again!

Worst costumer service ever! The agent did not show up because of Halloween and I actually agreed to another appointment AND they still didn’t show up!!! We have a baby so this was very important to me… They actually accused me of lying saying it doesn’t show we rescheduled… The agent rescheduled with me and they said it does not show! Unbelievable !!! WOW I am so shocked …

Worst customer service ever, set an appointment nobody showed up i called asking why and i have confirmation email !! «specialist» got mad at me! told me i need to set a new appointment and he refused to give me any explanation, i canceled the agreement and hire other company value costumer business and time.

We had Steve come out to our house. Of course they want to tent our house.
After all is said and done, we ask for recommendations from other homeowners.
What he sends us, is a bad review from another company… WHAT?

Check out Elinor B.‘s and Pete S.‘s reviews — I think written by the same person, or at least they were «coached» by the same person. The use of exclamation points and the word EVERYTHING capitalized in both. Coincidence? Almost all of Elinor’s reviews are 5 stars (fourteen 5 star reviews) and all 4 of Pete’s reviews are 5 stars (maybe they are getting paid for 5 star reviews.)
