I came, I paid, I tipped and I’m never going back. Apparently they think it’s cool to brand me with hot stones. B*tch didn’t understand «that’s hot»
Or why I removed the damn stones! It was so awful, I was glad it was over! I love deep tissue, but this was brutal. It’s a great spot for a masochist!

Still the best pace for a massage. I always get Alex. He knows when to put pressure on your back and makes sure he cracks your neck and back. Very soothing. Seems to me that Alex is staying longer. Most masseurs there stay for sometime and then leave.

Don’t expect luxury spa salon. Massage only $ 20 and you get that you pay for. It’s not bad not good, but good enough for $ 20 can’t complain. You get that you pay for.

Best $ 20 I’ve spent all week.

I’m visiting from Ventura and stumbled upon this place I wish I lived closer I’d be here more often. They were polite professional and really knew what they were doing.

Great price, terrible environment. It’s an open room with a few beds, you have to half undress bc there is no privacy. Girls, wear a tank that you can easily slip down bc the only privacy you get is your masseuse holding the towel in front of you while you do that. Besides that the massage is good, but if $ 20 is your budget, good place. Just beware of the privacy issue.

The massage is fantastic! I’ve been here a few times for when I was having neck and shoulder pains and the masseuse seemed to know exactly where I was tense and in pain without me telling her. Environment is relaxing for the most part… if you don’t mind sharing a room with 15 other people without your top on… but it’s dark and everyone’s either lying down or their eyes are closed. So for 20 dollars, it’s totally worth the visit. PS: I love the hot stones!

I have been here a bunch of times and I am never disappointed! An hour massage for $ 20! Amazing! My only complaint is the last time I went they rushed me with removing my top and when I sat up ones facing two gentlemen that we’re having their shoulders rubbed. I could have done without that, but the massage doesn’t disappoint!

Once I went there and was bad, they guy had horrible smoke odor in his hands, second time guy was rough, not a good place

Only one star because they’re extremely rude.
They’re not afraid to call you out if you don’t tip them enough. (Even though you do)
I wouldn’t actually say call you out as more of a demand that you tip MORE.
I’d rather you just charge me more than the $ 20 for the massage than rudely yell in my face about me not tipping enough.
Would 100% never recommend and hope they understand that business should never be ran that way.

Great place for an affordable one hour massage– only $ 20 with a mandatory $ 5+ tip.
What I like about this location compared to others is that they use hot stones.
Only reasons for 3 stars is the environment is not so relaxing, as in employees always talking to each other in their language while massaging their clients.

HORRIBLE massage
General:
It’s your standard cheap massage place. It has a bunch of tables in the open, so you don’t have privacy, which is fine considering the fact that it’s cheap.
The Bad:
My therapist barely applied any pressure, so I repeatedly asked for more pressure… and she never really did it. After the 3^rd time that i asked, she got annoyed, muttered something in Chinese in an upset tone and thew the towel at my head. YES, she THREW the TOWEL at my HEAD!!! She actually did this 3 – 4 times during the massage. Basically she was trying to rush through it and was very rough after that. For example, she would lift my legs up to massage my calves and then just drop my foot abruptly on the table. At one point, she had to move my massage table, and basically hit the table with her shoulder to move it over about a foot. It was a very bad experience, even for $ 20.
AVOID THIS PLACE! There are much better places for that price.

Whats makes me credible?
I’ve been here over 10+ times so clearly I don’t hate the place. The one star is due to the service provided to me Today. And honestly, one of the workers there «Cece» is really well worth the visit due to her skill and care that her customer is happy and comfortable. She pays attention to detail and that widely sets her apart from the many other workers there.
Heres what happened:
Cece wasn’t available at a time convenient for me so I went to a girl name «Susan.» I was not happy with the massage so instead of the usual $ 10 – 12 tip I give Cece, I gave Susan a $ 5 tip. (Keep in mind I still offered a 25% tip even without enjoying the massage.) Yes, the pleasures of a massage is based on a personal preference but it was her lack of care that became evident through the entire hour. It was one of those massages where she was trying to fill the time of the hour of doing constant pleasureless movements after asking her politely if she could please apply more pressure.
But, the problem is:
After giving the tip, she closely follows me to the front and throws my tip in front of the guy who sits behinds the desk. He said, «You need to give her 8 dollars, at least.» I told him that I did not enjoy the massage and that is why I tipped $ 5. For a while he tried to rudely persuade me in front of a full room of other customers waiting, to give her more tip. I asked him why I was not informed that the $ 20 massage required an $ 8 min. tip, and he said «Everyone pays a min. of $ 28 total.» Out of no where, he then tried to blame me for not telling him ahead of time that I wanted harder pressure on my back– which was completely irrelevant to our tip coversation. It should not be a problem that I asked while she was giving the massage to apply more pressure– Isn’t that why they ask during the massage?
A Tip should Not be required. Begging and embarrassing a unsatisfied costumer to tip more speaks loudly on the Lack Of Ethics about their business. Tips come from the generosity of customers and though I understand it is a tiring job, its only fair to assume a tip will vary depending on the satisfaction the customer feels.
CONS:
— Majority of the workers are just trying to pass time during your hour massage
— He repeatedly stated, «You pay $ 20 for the massage but you MUST pay AT LEAST a $ 8 tip»
— So your $ 20 massage just turned to $ 28+
— They inform about all extra ‘required’ payments/​tips after the massage is done.
— The last thing you want after massage is a confrontation from the front desk in front of a full room
— The man sitting behind the desk neglects any kind of understanding for his customers and becomes extremely pushy
— He also stated, requesting a specific person also means you have to pay $ 8 min. tip
— This business lacks work ethics

PROS:
— Cece is wonderful at her job and is very personably as well.
— $ 28 for an hour massage is still relatively cheap compared to going to a spa
— if you call them they can usually take you within the next hour or so
Word to the buisness:
I understand that it is a tiring job but it is unfair to your customers to be mislead with your $ 20/​hr advertisement when you clearly expect at least $ 28. Today was not just a bad day because there are countless amount of reviews that have had the same problem that I did today. I would recommend being more honest with the amount of money you charge to make better relationships with your customers. I wish this to be nothing but constructive criticism and hope that these reviews that all state the same problem will make an impact in how you run your business.

If you’re looking for a cheap, quick, convenient massage this is the place to be. Ive been coming here for about 2 years and I enjoy it almost every single time I go.
They have their zen music playing and they also have a tv displaying the oddest shows.
I come here often when I feel knots here and there or when I just want a decent back rub.
However I do have complaints for a good handful amount of things.
One: No privacy what-​so-​ever. You lay on bed looking things, somewhat topless with random people laying around. Not to mention there is a curtain separating you from the waiting room so people walk in and our every minute.
Two: The people massaging you need to stay quiet. Every time I have gone the masseuses are engaging in a hilarious topic because I can hear them giggle for that entire hour.
Three: My BIGGEST PROBLEM YET. I understand that some of these people were not born here but LEARN ENGLISH. If you’re not understanding me ask someone who knows english. I recently had a toe injury where my nail came off. I had it wrapped with a regular bandaid and asked her to not touch that ONE toe. I assumed she understood because all she said was «ok ok». She tapped me (10mins early) and said «ok you done» I asked her if she massaged my feet (because I didn’t feel anything nor did I feel lotion or oil) all she said was «ok?» I asked her again and she just starred at me. I asked one more time, with my hands and broken english hoping she might get it and she looked at me confused again and said «you asleep «and laughed. I was jet lagged and tired so I assumed she might be right even though I touched my feet and felt the dryness which meant there was no lotion or oil on it.
Also, my fiancé came with me and he was asking his masseuse «Do I have a lot of knots?» and all he said was «ok» he asked one more time and he just starred at him and said «ok»
Four: I left a $ 5 tip (what I think was right due to the service I got) and she just snatched it out of my hand and walked away… ok? I almost wanted to take my tip back.
I didnt expect to walk into Burke Williams but I think they can amp up the place a bit.

Great massages and great price however it DEPENDS GREATLY on your masseuse and who massages you. I’ve been getting massages here for about 3 years every month and by only women who have been OK to GREAT but tonight I was given a male Chinese masseuse by the name of MICHAEL (short crew cut black hair, 5’4″ with a belly) and he was AWFUL. His service brought my rating from 5 to 4 maybe worst if I hadn’t considered my past good experiences.
Michael talked a lot and loudly at times, seemed disgruntled, disengaged, soft in his massage even after I told him to go harder, distracted my friend’s masseuse next to me so her quality of service was negatively effected, and I swear he was taunting me with the way he was slapping and massaging me at times.
This was the very first time I wanted to get up and walk away but gave him the benefit of the doubt which was a mistake.
After the massage, I asked for his name, thanked him, then complained to his boss or who ever was at the front desk and he came over to hear the complaints himself. AND I still tipped that lazy ass $ 10 on top of the $ 20 and I usually tip $ 5 – 25 depending on the quality of massage.
MY advice: DO NOT GET MICHAEL! COMPLAIN OR WALK AWAY in the middle of a massage if it isn’t good enough even after you ask them to improve it, focus on an area, or massage firmer. Bad session but I will come back and make sure to ask for a better masseuse by name and AVOID MICHAEL. For his sake I better not see him there again.

Super relax is super relaxing. $ 20 plus tip for an hour of massage? Hell yesssssss! This is the only place I go to get a massage. They’re almost always busy though so it’s best to make an appointment. Also, they massage you pretty hard so if you’re looking for a gentle massage, you’ve come to the wrong place. The only thing I would complain about is how the people who massage you react when you give them their tip. I understand if your masseuse gets upset that you only tipped $ 5 because they’re constantly massaging you for the whole hour, but I normally tip 60−75% and they still seem unhappy afterwards.

Gosh I wish I could write a nice review. But I cannot. It seems others are as pissed off as me about how the expect to be tipped! I used to love it here! 20 dollars– great massage– amazing! BUT!!! after my experience today, I WILL NOT be going back. As I was leaving, I gave a 15% tip. The man said that wasn’t enough and that I needed to pay more. I gave a 20% tip, and then he proceeded to pull out customers receipts– yes OTHER PEOPLES RECEIPTS– to show me how others tipped. I then said «okay fine, I will give more– but I will not be coming back.»
So very rude. I came with 4 other people, and they just lost a lot of business. If you want people to pay 10 dollars for a 19.99 massage, you should change your price. Asking someone, no DEMANDING, someone to pay a 50% TIP is so rude. I cannot believe that they it is acceptable to do that do a customer. I will be finding a massage else where.

I was so confused entering because I wasn’t told much except to go meet my lady inside. In any case she started out massaging my shoulders as that’s where I hold most of my stress. It hurt like hell but quite frantically I wasn’t looking too much to relax rather than to get the knots out that I have been holding in my shoulders for last couple weeks. She giggled at me while I laid down and approached my feet (I guess I was suppose to take my socks off as they rinse them in warm water towards the beginning.
I think the most relaxing part was the foot massage toward the end speaking of feet. I loved the hot stones (a tad on the hot side) but none the less I liked it particularly when used on my shoulders. The negative side is there is no curtain and so I felt a bit of lack of privacy.
Finally, a little cup of hot tea at end and that was that. I gave her a 20 dollar tip. I think most people would agree on here these people deserve every cent. Quite frantically, if I want to relax I end up going to a high end place but if I want knots out, these massage places really manage to do that for me! In any case, that’s just my opinion.

Great massage. They apply the just right amount of pressure. It’s truly head to toe. Kinda awkward because they will unhook your bra and even remove your shirt. But nothing shows because you’re lying on your tummy or when you’re lying on your back, you’re covered by a blanket. Plus all the other customers in there can’t see anything anyways since their heads are tucked under or covered by a towel.
Can’t complain for $ 20 bucks! Sooo worth it.
Sometimes you can get slightly distracted by the talking at reception. But really, it comes with the cheap price. Your own private room is not worth the extra $ 100 bucks it would cost to go somewhere high end.
Will definitely be back! Also they have a frequent customer card. After 10 massages, your next one is free!
