Today is consider a raining day, I come and the worker Rolando told me today wasn’t a raining day, I got my hopes down. Subway shouldn’t promote this if their not going to do it … I’m giving a bad review bcuz I always come and buy my sandwich here … This is going to be the last time.

Parking is bad in this small strip mall at the corner of lassen and topanga. There were two young ladies working today and the service was fast. The sandwich was consistent with all the other places I’ve been to. Had the Black Forest ham sandwich today and it was fairly good… Not as much flavor as I wanted, but it was okay. The veggies were cold and crisp… No complaints.

The male employee that works here is so rude. I simply asked a question about a sandwich and it was as if I was talking bad about his mother. Calm down and appreciate the fact that you have a job in the first place.

I usually get great service here ! Employees are really nice and always get my order correct but not Singh he’s honestly so rude ! The first time he helped me I was like okay maybe he’s having a bad day or he’s new idk? But no, every time he helps me he’s soooo rude and could never get my order right ! I usually get a salad and I know what the portion looks like. The time he made my salad he was trying to give me half of the portion so i told him it looked pretty small but he didn’t seem to care so I asked a diff employee and even he told me it looked small so he fixed it which was nice ! Even when it comes to me paying there’s always a problem ! Pretty annoying but it’s the closest subway to my house

Well i did like my sub but the service was a problem. So me and my boyfriend went to subway and decided to eat there. Then there was indian guy with an ugly old style hat looking and staring at me. He was staring at me and checking me out. I said sir can you please stop looking at me. He replied yes maam, like he had no clue what he was doing in his own world. He smelled like expired baby oil with lemon, literally he stinks. He looked really high like his eyes where coming out. He kept on looking at my chest and then i got behind my boyfriend. Then my boyfriend was really mad at that guy with the hat. After that were leaving subway and he was checking me from the back. After we got home, there was hair in my sub. I was very disgusted and never ever go back to that stinky subway, eat fresh more like smell crap.

Love this place! Spicy Italian is my jam and they sure do pile on those veggies, especially the spinach. Whenever I’m in the area, I always stop at this joint. Friendly staff, clean place, fresh ingredients, can you ask for any more?

There are very few options out there today for a person to grab a healthy meal that won’t burn a hole in the pocket. Subway is definitely my spot. This location in particular is my favorite. They maintain a clean environment and the employees are cheerful and accommodating to «picky eaters». The owner takes pride in his business, as he is there every time I come in and greets me by name. If you enjoy Subway you will not regret this fast food dining experience.

I wish you could put a –4 here for reviews instead of just one star as the worst. I love Subway and have been to many around the country. This particular location is THEWORST for a few reasons… and, I’ve given them a few chances to prove differently. I always order a tuna salad with spinach, no lettuce. These guys are so stingy with the spinach you have to ask 3x for«more spinach» to get a normal size salad… not a large salad… a salad larger than very small. The manger made my salad once and he said to me «I’ve put twice as much in as when I started, are you satisfied?» when I kept asking for more spinach and he kept only putting 3 more pieces in… Today I realized I had made the error of going to this, more convenient location for me at my lunch break from work, again, asking 2x for more spinach. Then they did not have any lids. I literally left this subway with a plastic saran wrap lid for my salad… no joke! I hate this subway and I hope I never forget that while running out for a healthy quick bite for lunch again… stingy, rude, cheap…

The parking lot here is kind of small and is shared with a few other small businesses, so depending on what time you come, parking can be a bit of a hassle. The employees that work here are usually never the same. The two employees that helped me out were fine… made my sandwich, got me in and out with very little enthusiasm or conversation besides their normal«welcome to subway, what can we get for you?» I got their limited time footlong smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich for $ 6. It was ok… nothing special, just like all their other sandwiches, but it does get the job done. Tip: They are open til midnight now since they changed ownership.

In one word — HORRIBLE! Since the owners changed, this place had gone down the drain. The ‘new trainee’ was rude and looked like he was doing me a favor. Never asked me what i wanted in my salad, just kept putting stuff in there and when I said I don’t want onions, he looked at me like I had no right to speak up. THEPORTIONSOFTHESALADARE A MEAGER — IT’S A JOKE. I’ve been coming to this subway for many many years, but after the last time — NEVER. I HOPETHEOWNERSEESTHISANDCHANGESTHEATTITUDEOFPEOPLEWHOWORKTHERE. I always get a broccoli cheese soup and small sub at every Subway! The soup from this particular location ONLY… No joke looked and tasted just like water! Really??? So gross! Subways are everywhere… Why should I choose this one?

Passive aggressive, condescending staff who refused to make me a lettuce wrap. with what… I WANTED. This is subway you put what I WANT on the damn sandwich, you don’t tell me we have«bread» or a «bread wrap» when I tell you i don’t consume GLUTEN. The common sense amongst the staff there is lacking. Then after dealing with idiot#1, Idiot#2 who is a woman comes out to tell me that they don’t do that because they have to ring it up as something. Girl, I DONTCAREWHATYOURINGITUPASORHOWMUCHITCOSTS. Just Make it how I want. which they refused. Then idiot#1 condescended me by saying«yeah, that’s what I told him.» I left. There’s plenty of other places who will make me what i WANT with a smile regardless of if their register system accommodates that specific order or not. The price of the sandwich was never an issue. Thank me later, get your lunch eats somewhere else.

I really wish that the loads of people that eat at this Subway had a Unilocal account and reviewed this location. I don’t understand the negative comments… why such low ratings? It’s subway, not a freakin’ 5 star restaurant in Paris. If you’re expecting extravagant sandwiches and kiss ass customer service, then make the drive down to Ventura and pay $ 15 for a sub. I have been there twice, two consecutive weekdays during their lunch rush and I didn’t have a problem with anything. Sure it took slightly longer for me to order than usual but I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t care about the wait. There were at least 4 employees making subs and I believe it was the manager who was ringing us up. He was very nice about trying to get me the best deal. I ordered a footlong, a 6 inch, a drink, and two soups and my total was roughly around $ 14. Pretty decent for the amount of food we had. The one thing that bothered me about this location is their lack of seats/tables. I couldn’t help but rush my meal because I felt bad for the working folks who were on their 30 minute lunches. Oh me!!! Other than that, it’s a great Subway!

FACT: I do not believe that every establishment in a chain is necessarily the same. Sure, the menu doesn’t change from location to location, but everything else – service, cleanliness, freshness of ingredients, what part of my order gets messed up*, the availability of public restrooms, the degree of terrible-ness of the nineties pop music pumping through the speakers – does. Which is to say that, given the abundance of Subways in the Valley(I can think of two within walking distance of this location), some are bound to be better than others, even when they’re all exactly the same. Case in point: this Subway. It smells the same as every other Subway. It looks the same as every other Subway. The food is comparable to every other Subway, ever, the menu prices are exactly the same, and the nineties pop scores a solid five for terribleness(plus one!) It’s precisely what one expects a three-star version of a two-star chain to be. So why only two? The goofy fifteen year old behind the counter appeared to have a giant erection while fumbling with the toaster oven. While this is a great fact to post on the internet and in hindsight amuses me to no end, t’was slightly less heartening when he actually handled my sammich. Which tasted the same as every Veggie Delite ever produced by every Subway on the face of the planet, ever, with a slight aftertaste of shame. Two stars. *c’mon, friendos, this is Subway. There’s ALWAYS going to be something wrong with your order, even when it’s being made two feet in front of you. I don’t hold this against Subway; I hold it against myself for knowing this and returning, still. As you can imagine, it’s hard being lazy, cheap, and unimaginative. If only there were a website wherein people could share their opinions on various restaurants, dentists, bars, beauty salons, and doctors…

At the right time of the day, service goes fast, especially @ 12 pm just before lunch rush. Don’t expect polite, friendly smiles. The guy with the Brooklyn accent is the only friendly one there, but if he’s at the register, watch out for him adding extras to the receipt, like upgraded size drinks or charging for extra peppers, etc.
