Royal Imaging is a fantastic company that I have utilized for over a decade. They fill orders accurately and effectively and provide more information than most distributors about the success rating of their products, which also work great. I understand that the bottom two reviewers here gave 1 star ratings because they were both burnt by a couple scam companies, but neither of these reviewers understand my industry and are flinging blame where it doesn’t belong. Royal Imaging is a wholesale distributor that has nothing to do with those incidents other than having filled orders for the scam companies. It is sad how many scam companies there are in the toner world, but blaming the distributor is ignorant and those low ratings are misplaced. I have and will continue to work with Royal as long as they keep up their great service!

Royal International is a wholesaler. They provide resellers like myself with products to sell even going as far as to drop ship for those of us that do not have the facilities to keep a stock. I have been using their service for over 5 years with much success. They are a very honest and dependable company. William

I have to chime in with the OP. I had a similar toner-scamming experience, except the company that called misrepresented themselves as our supplier. This company is called«Supply World, Inc.» and is based out of LA(apparently). The return-to shipping label lists Royal Imaging, so it is highly suspect. Bad news

My experience is that ROYALIMAGINGISINVOLVEDINSCAMMING in that it’s closely associated with Summit Office Supply(Austin, TX). Especially listen up if your company utilizes IKON Office Solutions as a vendor; IKON reps are aware that their customers are being targeted. How the scam system operates is by first blatantly lying: the scammers call offices and identify themselves as «IKON Office Solutions representatives»(or a rep from whatever business your company generally orders its printer supplies from). They then tell you to expect a phone call or fax from one of their distribution companies to confirm an order – a toner cartridge order, from my experiences. Whether you respond to their call/fax or not, a supplies order is delivered to your office along with a vague packing slip and/or invoice. My advice is to ship the order back to the sender, pay nothing, and then be prepared to be harassed by numerous telephone calls. My experience is that the phone calls stop after a few weeks, nothing happens for months, and then out of the blue your company is targeted again. Specifically, Royal Imaging is the«Ship To» company on the UPS return shipment label that Summit Office Supply provides – whether you request a return shipment label or not – for you to return the scam supplies that you never ordered in the first place! This company has at least 1 complaint and a current BBB grade of an «F.»
