Specialties
Guitar lessons in the home. I teach all ages and all styles. First lesson is free. I have my own method book «Interlock» it has been in use 35 years. I have a Moodle site with videos for all of the book and my lessons. I come on site with a laptop and have software for any style of playing. I am better equipped than the local colleges and music schools.
I have passed all background checks and have extensive experience. «References upon request».
I teach at De Anza Parks and Recreation, Lupin Elementary after school enrichment.
I have mostly private one on one student’s. I have more to offer than anyone.
I also do solo gigs with a computer.
I teach Jazz, Rock, Blues, Classical, Finger style, Metal, and more.
History
Established in 1976.
I started with Action Drum and Guitar teaching in the home. I went on to Cassell’s music in San Fernando and then Roberts guitars. I also taught at Big Valley music and at Nadines. I went to a private business around 1995 and have been so ever since. I now design and run my own website and have a YouTube page with 100 plus videos, I am currently full time college and working on my Masters in composition. I gig solo and write for commercials and other YouTube publishers. My book «Interlock» is now books 1 and 2. It is be the most complete series for the fretboard. I have passed multiple background checks and a T. B test. I teach at The Discovery House in Van Nuys. I have turned out plenty of really great players and am proud of them all. I am also a website designer and have a hosting service for musicians.

I have a very long background as a player and musician. I have studied with Ted Greene and Dana Chips Hoover. I studied harmony with Dr. Carl Smith. I now am a full time student reaching for my masters in composition with a B. A in commercial music. I also am a web designer and have a hosting service too. I have played with numerous cover bands and now perform solo with my computer.
