Originally went to TWC which gave me such bad treatment and bad service. I made a call to Federico at Dish in Northridge and he made the experience swift and painless. Within 2 days he was at my house installing the satellite. Great attitude great service. Very satisfied with this service. 2 thumbs up!

Incredible service and even better custoner service. HDish is now my number one service provider for not only satellite TV but internet hookup as well.
I was given the installer’s contact information from my landlord. I originally expected to get Direct TV but when Federico saw the deal I was promised he immediately looked into a better deal. I ended up getting Dish TV at 50% less than what Direct TV wanted to charge me for the same service. I highly recommended HDish for all your service needs.

After I had problems with my satellite Dish corporate gave me the number of my local retailer.
I called and not only I got personalized attention but I also found my Dish tech for any future upgrade or move.
I received a call 30min before the technitian got to my house. That gave me the freedoom to go the market right before. Great! Others will force you to be home from 8 to 5.
I end up recomending my next door neigbor and Fred (sales person) gave me $ 5 off my bill. Woowwww.
And the best part is that when you call a person answer, not a machine.
