I dealt directly with the owner Ken and I found him to be extremely knowledgable and professional. He carries all the best brands and knows how to match the best products with the customers needs and budget.
In Ken I found a Window and Door guy that I can trust. I know that he is looking out for my best interest and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I needed to for The Door and Window Center, who installed a new front door in our new house. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, so we wanted a front door to be as level as possible (and to replace the double front door that the house came with). Not only did Ken do a superb job in handling his contractual responsibilities, but he fixed the problems caused by one of our handymen (not associated with Ken) who improperly installed the door. True professionals, Ken and the people at Door and Window Center not only handled my family’s needs and met our expectations, but exceeded them in every way possible. We have been ripped off by multiple contractors in buying and renovating the new house to make it accessible, so it was refreshing to find such an honest and upright business that did the job promised at a fair price and in the time estimated. Lastly, their communication skills and customer care are fantastic, as they coordinated with my mother over numerous phone calls to make sure everything was safe, proper, and most importantly that we were satisfied. Plus, the door is gorgeous, and easy for my wheelchair to get over. Highly recommend them!!!

If you’re interested in purchasing a $ 2,000 door then getting attitude from the owner, this is your place. Ken is initially friendly and helpful in your search for a door, but as soon as he takes your money, watch out. He turns into another person and you start to feel like you’ve been «taken» by a used car salesman. The door itself is beautiful but garbage. It’s never fit properly in the frame since it’s been installed.
On the positive side: Ken has a cute little dog that will hump your leg while you search for doors in his shop. Seriously, take your money where the proprietor appreciates your business.
