Since 1977, we have been the Valley’s #1 source for tires, alignments, brakes, batteries and more. We carry Goodyear, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Firestone, Pirelli, Continental, Fuzion, General Tire, Hankook and many other brands. We use only premium brake parts, oil and oil filters.

In addition to these services, we specialize in custom wheels/​rims, air conditioning system recharges, cabin air filter replacement, oil changes, shocks/​struts, and even wiper blade replacement.

We currently service cars and trucks of all makes, as well as tires and wheel balancing for trailers and RVs up to 24.5″ wheel diameter.

Chatsworth Tire is an automotive service center and tire dealer located at 21 803 Devonshire St. in Chatsworth, CA. Locally owned and operated since 1977, we have treated our customers’ vehicles as if they were our own for the past 38 years. Through the years, we have been involved with numerous charities, local school and youth sports sponsorships as a way to give thanks to our customers for their continued loyalty.

For auto repairs done right the first time, customers can trust our ASE-​certified technicians with returning the drivability to their vehicles with repair services like brake repairs, steering and suspension repairs, and heating and air conditioning repairs. We also perform routine maintenance services like wheel alignments and lube and oil changes. We even provide towing and roadside assistance for auto emergencies. No repair job is too large or too small for our staff of experienced mechanics.

Hank has been helping people with their tires here at Chatsworth Tire since 1977. It has always been his passion to get people the right fit for their car at the lowest price possible, and get them back on the road quickly and safely. He’s gotten pretty good at it after 38 years!

I have been coming to this place for years!!! If they can’t fix your issue they know a place that can. I trust their work and their recommendations. Even with out an appointment they will get in you in and out in little or no time! I love how they get to know their loyal customers, every time I come in I get a warm welcome by name and quick service. The prices are good In My opinion and I don’t feel like they milk me for every possible penny, and give me things I don’t need. To me this place is family and as long as I’m in the area this is my go too shop!

Purchased a new set of Continental True Contact tires from Gino at Chatsworth Tire today.
Received excellent and professional experience, Gino answered all my questions and concerns.
The work was done in a short amount of time with a pre-​arranged appointment and the results were fantastic.
The new tires totally transformed my car,. It rides like brand new, quiet and smooth.
These folks have been there since 1977, almost 40 years. While I was waiting, another customer told me that they were repeat clients and now I can see why. When you have been in business that long, it is a great sign that your must be doing something right! With so many shops in LA, no wonder I had not been aware of their services, but, now I know.
You will not be disappointed in their work.

They have really great customer service. Chatsworth tire does a good job there no doubt. The only issue would be the amount of time it takes for simple services, and the wait time on certain days. The wait time is out of their control. I just feel that they could move a little more expeditiously. Other than that, I don’t think there is a more trustworthy auto mechanic for miles! Def would recommend them to friends, family, and the like.

Bob is one of my favorite humans when it comes to dealing with anything for my car. He’s so sweet, professional and extremely mindful of your time waiting. My car requires tires that have to be ordered which he made quick and painless for me! Been a custom for years and don’t plan on that changing anytime soon.

I have been coming to Chatsworth Tire for about 5 years. For the most part they have been pretty fair. However, I had my son take the car in for an oil change and check out a tire noise. It turned out to be a left front axle and was quoted a price which was acceptable. They generally send out a coupon for repairs over a certain dollar amount. I told Victor personally that I would like to use the $ 50,00 coupon as the repair was close to $ 250.00. The repair charge was $ 249.90, Yes, it was under the $ 250.00 before sales taxes amount. Now, had I been at Service Center I would have bought a $ 1.00 light bulb. The irritating thing is I had spoken to Victor in advance and he assured me the the best deal would be given and that my son would have been taken care of. He should have advised a little bit better. A reasonable or prudent person
would have purchased anything had the advice been given.
Another issue is I was told the part would obtained quickly. I even asked Victor if the part could be paid for in advance to eliminate the waiting period for delivery. Valuable time was wasted by not pre-​ordering as I had suggested,
Oh well, I will try another mechanic for our vehicles on principle.

We’ve let Chatsworth Tire handle our business for years! I was going to work today; got a few miles from home & had a blow out. Was towed to Chatsworth Tire. I needed all 4 replaced. Gino was so courteous. Everyone there is always so polite, helpful and fast. My car was done before I got back from a quick breakfast. We trust Chatworth Tire. I went to Chatsworth Tire on Saturday (2÷20÷16) to have my 2008 Mustang GT500 tires replaced and wheels re-​aligned. Their crew was able to order my rear tires on time and tirelessly scour all the stores online to order the hard to find front tires. Customer service was spot on upon arrival and wait time was minimal at best. Be sure to come as early as you can as this place seems to have a lot of regular customers based on the number of people I saw around 740am. Be sure to check out this place for any automative repairs and needs.

This is an update to my review. I took my car in to have an oil change. I dropped it off at 11:30 and the tech guy said it will be done in 1 to 1.5 hours. I agreed and left my car there for the oil change. I went and did some errands and went to get my car at 3 pm. The tech tells me «we haven’t started on your car yet». I told him that it’s been over 3 hours and that he told me it wouldn’t take more than 1.5 hours. He tell me «well the tech’s had to go out to lunch». I told him that It was fine if the oil change took long as long as he NOTIFIED me, I wouldn’t have minded waiting longer. He tells me «well we got busy», that is not the correct response to a very upset customer who just waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change and comes back to see that the oil change hasn’t even started!!! This was the second time the same thing happens to me. I should’ve never gave them a second chance, but forsure not going to happen a third time.
The management poorly runs this shop. This wasn’t the first time this happened. They can’t keep track of their cars and can’t keep their customers happy. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I always get my tires at Chatsworth tire. I pass a lot of other tire shops on my way across the valley but they never let me down.
Thief prices are low and they are fast to get you back on the road

I like this place a lot. They have competitive prices. If you get your tires from here they do the nail repair for free, which is actually why I was there today. It’s walking distance to a 7 – 11 and donut shop. The repairs or tire changes are moderately fast. I waited 1.5 hours, but it was right when they opened with a lot of cars today. Might have just been a very busy day for them. All in all great customer service.

HONEST AND FAST !
The dealership wanted to charge me $ 700 for an alignment.
I called Victor. I needed an oil change and a few other things as well. Most places will say 2 hours and I’ll watch my car sit there for 1 ½ hours and then rush through ~ and 9 of 10 times, I have to take the car back cause they rushed.
He got my car in and out in 2 hours ~ NO ALIGNMENT NEEDED.
I was stunned !

One of the best shops to get your tires replaced and get your brakes done. They offer competitive pricing and great customer service. They dont pressure you in a making a purchase which is great. I have been coming here for years.
I usually bring in my car here whenever I have a screw or nail in my tire and they would fix for free but I think they changed that policy. They charged me $ 10 which is not bad.
