Great place to eat all kinds of burritos. They have elicious tacos as well. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

First and probably the last time I visit this place. Ordered the chicken torta. Food was okay the chicken looked boiled not grill for sure. I don’t about you but grill chicken is the best way to go about creating a great torta. Price was to high also. The guy at the register wanted to take my order 2 seconds after I opened the doors to come inside. New to the area and tried other Mexican Restaurants in the area and so disappointed with options the only one that stands out is Los toros so far.

Okay, so I need to say this place USED to be fabulous. I went in to pick up some lunch today and I am so disappointed, I will NEVER go back. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito with beans, lettuce and guacamole. I also asked them to add cheese(for an additional $ 2.00). Here is what I got… a very large burrito filled with green sauce, lettuce, a few beans, and barely any meat. As for the cheese… non-existent. Don’t waste your money.

This is the first time I have been here so i can’t say if the food is consistent. I was actually really surprised how good my carne asada burrito was. Asked for a side of sour cream and it was gigantic… can;t have enough of Sour Cream! The grean salsa at the salsa bar was really yummy, made the chips taste extra good. I am very picky and when i try a new place my family always waits for the verdict, would i eat there again? Well I am happy to say I will eat there again and I am hoping it is just the same!!! Also the kid working the counter was very nice and helpful when i had questions and I have a lot ha ha! Thanks Burrito Factory for a delicious dinner last night!

Parking was okay at 1:30pm, but only s few open spots… lines were s little tight for an average car. Anyway there’s plenty of tables on this place and clean. The young lady taking the order was friendly and quick. It only took about two minutes and my burrito special was ready. Choice of meat with lots of rice and beans. Not s lot of meat inside compared to the rice and beans. The burrito itself was pretty big and filling. The meat was kind of hard to tell because it was mixed in with the beans. Just tasted average. The special also came with some chips and a small refillable soda. The chips were a little bland so visit the salsa bar. They’re not marked so you don’t know if you’re getting mild or hot salsa. They also have some roasted corn… Nice addition!

Not bad but nothing to shout about. The prices are okay, the portions sizeable. But the food is lacking in flavor. Been here a couple times and I or may not return. Everything is served in disposable plastic and Styrofoam. Come on, guys, even the taco trucks aren’t so wasteful. It’s a decent local place to go if you’re bored with Taco Bell, that’s about it.

Years ago I discovered their Reseda location on Sherman Way about four blocks west of Reseda Blvd. It closed. Then about six years ago I discovered the Mission Hills location and had a Mucho Macho Burrito(w/shredded beef) GREAT! Ranks up there with El Cholo’s Burrito Dorado and Tepeyac’s Hollenbeck Burrito. I’ve tried the Chatsworth location and the Tujunga store. All good. Only advice, I wish they would distribute the guac. and sour cream a little more evenly in the burrito, but if you press down with a fork and squish a bit it gets distributed. Good salsa selection(condiments, not dances). Unfortunately, the supplied dinnerware is flimsy plastic, so I’ve begun to carry my own dinnerware in my car.

I wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, I really didn’t. The employee working the register just looked odd. Honestly, he creeped me(& my wife & friends) out a bit. He also seemed to want to do whatever it took to just get us away from the counter so he could eat his dinner. Shouldn’t someone have just covered for him so he could take a dinner break?! the restaurant had a odd smell when we walked in. So much so that another customer walked in, & after about a minute walked out saying out loud«nope. this place smells weird.» Burrito itself was just so-so. honestly, nothing special. Not much flavor. We were all pouring all of the sauces onto our food in hopes it would add something but it really didn’t. It wwas just a really lack luster meal.

This Place deserves NO stars. I came in today and ordered the Torta. While waiting too long for it to be ready, i could hear the Microwave go off. When i finaly got my order i checked my torta and noticed the meat looked old! Then i realized he microwaved my food. This place is awful.

I’ve eaten here multiple times over the years and the food has always been pretty decent. Not the best Mexican food I’ve had but not bad. My last visit I ordered the 4 asada taco combo plate with rice and beans and was totally grossed out as I watched the cook use his bare hands to make the tacos and then after he was done — grab a dirty towel and clean the counter. Wonder if he washed his hands after or not. Anyway although I probably should have said something at the time I didn’t — needless to say I wasn’t super hungry after that! I won’t be eating here again.

Microwaved meat and canned enchilada sauce poured liberally over a soggy warm sourcream filled blob of a burrito. Heartburn and diarrhea are the good part of your meal. The sign says 52 different kinds of burritos, but should say 52 reasons to eat somewhere else! Terrible!

Food was meh. Service was bad. This was my first time here. I had seen it before when driving by, and got a flyer in the mail, so I figured I would check it out. Bad idea. First, in the middle of my order, the cashier takes a personal phone call. She sits there chatting with her friend for several minutes — I am standing right there, in the middle of my order, credit card held out, and she chats with her friend for a while. When she finished, no apology, just takes the card. Then, she charges me for making it a «wet» burrito way more than expected — the menu says«Make it Wet!» and there is no price listed(it looks like there was a price at one time, but it was intentionally covered). So I figured there is no charge for pouring some sauce over it — no sorry, the charge turns out to be $ 2.00, same price as making the entire meal a combo, and more than the price of the window-advertised burrito combo, chips and drink. Now maybe that is my fault for not asking about the price, but then… My meal comes(late), and it’s not a wet burrito. And it’s obviously not(just in a wrapper), but the cashier doesn’t notice, and just hands it to me. So I ask her, and she says, «what?». I repeat I ordered(and paid for) a wet burrito, and she says, «Oh, yeah… he forgot». She takes it back from me, argues with the cook for a minute, and they make it a wet burrito. Again, no apology, she just hands it back to me. There’s no good reason for that kind of bad service. The food was just mediocre. Nothing special — but had the service been good I’d have likely returned. But no, not with that terrible service. There are a thousand competitors in this city, and I will go to one of them next time.

Stacey S., yeah that management change made this place really suck, who does that chick in the front think she is, looks like a 10 buck hooker with brains, not, used to be my go to for the Mucho Macho, wont ever be back, Burrito factory, restaff, your freakin cook, maddogged us the whole time we were there, and the girl in the front really needs to go. We were your customers, but I guess youre running a bobo café run by millenials with their head up their asses, good job!

this place is disgusting! yes the burrito is huge but it tastes bland. This place isn’t REALMEXICAN Food. I ordered a carnita burrito and there’s hardly any meat in there, it’s mostly beans! and the young girl in the counter was so rude!(yes I’m talking about you ms attitude) I came here 15 minutes before closing and I walked in, her and her guy co worker looked at me like I’m not supposed to be there lol. Do not go! Go to a real authentic restaurant. $ 16 for 2 nasty burritos. what a waste of money and bad customer service.

Food is well priced especially if you print a coupon from their website. I really enjoyed the chili relleno and rice and beans. The food isn’t spectacular but it is great for what it is: cheap Mexican fast food. A step up from a fast food chain for sure. Smothered in sauce for flavor. It is a good quick lunch pick. Always satisfies my Mexican food craving.

After spending longer than I care to admit trying to find a place that has hard shell, shredded beef tacos, I ended up here. My oddly specific taco craving was ridiculously intense. I go inside and order my food. The guy that takes your order was super friendly! For my food to go. Opened the box. Bit my taco. And felt an extreme rush of disappointment wash over me as I realized they gave me ground beef. Uuuugggghhhh. Few things are worse in this world than a foiled attempt at satisfying a craving! That being said, my tacos were okay. As was my guacamole. Nothing special but not bad.
