Went in today with a friend and was thrilled! It was like a hidden gem :) stepping in, the waiting area was lovely and comforting and welcoming. We had an appointment so there was no wait, they took us right to the couples massage room and the ambiance in there was very relaxing and calming.
I have a lot of back and shoulder tension which was greatly alleviated over the hour long massage. She worked muscles in my legs and thighs that felt like she elongated my spine by releasing the tension in and released knots I hadn’t even been aware of!
Her hands were amazingly strong and able to really get into the tension. But her feet! I had never had a massage where they step on your back before but I don’t think I’d ever have it any other way now.
My friend and I agree it was a very pleasant experience all around, one that may have to become routine! I greatly recommend this place :)

I was extremely skeptical coming to this place. I always get very nervous getting massages from people I don’t know. I have a couple of friends in the industry so I normally go to them. However, when I have emergencies, like sleeping on the wrong side of the bed and waking up with a stiff neck, sometimes I have to try out new places.
So, I scoured the Unilocal Reviews for places in my area. I saw a few that possibly looked more appealing than this one, but I chose this one because it’s closer. Let’s face it, after getting all relaxed and massaged a long drive and fighting with stupid drivers is the last thing you want to do.
So, the two ladies mentioned most in the reviews 1^st being Lilly and second being Jennifer, neither were available. That made me nervous but I figured I would try the place out and if I liked it, I would come back again and try out Lilly.
So, aside from the sketchy place it’s located (right in the middle of industry) once inside, the vibe is actually quite nice. very relaxing and spa-​like. I actually got my massage in the room meant for couples even though it was only me, but I would totally bring my husband back here so it was cool to see what the room looks like.
Now on to the massage, which is what the 3 stars is for. 3 stars does not mean bad, so I am not going to be all complaints, but I expect to get an AMAZING massage when I go to a place where they are licensed and certified and I am paying. While, I did enjoy my massage from Joy, it was not the best massage I have ever had also not the worst. It was average. She spent a bit more time on my shoulders because they were tight. She did everything I would expect. Her pressure, I said medium, she could have gone a little harder, but that just means I need to say medium/​hard next time. My 3 star rating is because nothing wowed! Also, while I know my shoulders were the tightest, my legs and feet have also been hurting lately and I thought the massage of my bottom half left a little to be desired.
All in all, it is close to home so I will definitely be back. i would like to try out Lilly next time.
OH! and last but not least as for all the complaining on here about phone manner, the number listed is a a cell phone. Shoot them a text. i communicated almost exclusively via text and that cuts out all the frustration of not being able to understand them.

We had massages in the room they have for couples. Plenty of parking in back. The place is so big and spacious! My husband and I like completely different types of massages, and both masseuses were able to accommodate our preferences. We loved it and will definitely be going back. I want to get gift certificates for my friends in the area as Christmas gifts! Love this place.

I’ve been here many times and have been satisfied 95% of the time. From my experience, none of the masseuses have disappointed.
However, I think they should work on providing better customer service over the phone. Yesterday I called in the morning to make an appointment. First off, I asked for an hour massage, he said $ 45. I requested a masseuse that could do it firmly and he suddenly changed the price to $ 65, which was a little absurd to me. On top of that, he told me to call back later because he doesn’t know the schedule. (What is he answering the phone for then?)
I called back again today (during business hours) to make an appointment. On the fourth call a lady finally picked up, two hours later. (Which is semi-​understandable if there is only one person there.) I asked to make an appointment for later in the day, she responded «Please call back later, I’m busy.» I hung up in confusion but decided to wait an hour, and called back again.
Another lady with a deeper voice picked up and told me to call back later because she «has to ask her friend and he is not here yet».
It should not be this difficult to make an appointment, there should be a schedule book that the people answering the phone have access to so that they don’t have to ask customers to «call back» over and over. I would think this is most likely due to poor management.
Still, I will call back later because this place gives great massages and has a nice ambience. :P

Great massage, very professional and relaxing, and you can’t beat the price. The place looks great, the only complaint is that the phone manner leaves a lot to be desired — often hard to understand the girl on the phone and I don’t know if I did make an appointment or do I just show up. Jennifer and Amporn are great … best way to spend an hour if you have the hour to spare.

Do not do business with this place! Poorly managed. Wast of time and unprofessional.
Made appointment. Showed up, no one there. Sat in the sitting area for 20 min. No one showed up. Called the store again, seems like the answering service is not at the place. Promised to address. Another 5 minutes later, nothing happening. Very disappointed. Manager then called and said they made a mistake and cannot take me.
As a professional/​Executive and I visit the town for business, I find this treatment very unprofessional.
I canceled my plans, drove for a while and then be told they made a mistake and cannot take me, very irresponsible.
DO NOT recommend this establishment period. Do not go!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage today and I don’t think we will go anywhere else ever again! It was phenomenal! Such great prices too. We will definitely be back here and soon.

Excellent! My homie took me here today (thanks homie) as a treat. Plenty of parking and definitely not what you think at first. Massage was great as she pounded my back. When she got into with her knees damn was I happy that she was a little Asian as opposed to a large black woman. It is definitive that some cultures are better for certain things.
Let’s say this I would give it another star if there was a happy ending lol but I am not that type of dude as I get serviced by women here in this city routinely in exchange for nice gifts or expensive meals (not used what the difference is? There isn’t)

Lily was amazing. 1 hr costs you $ 45. I highly recommend the Thai/​Swedish combo. You get the deep treatment followed by a sensual soft Swedish massage. If you have lower back pains like myself you definitely need a massage once in a while.

I decided to try this place after reading the positive reviews. Finding the location was a bit tricky since the surrounding businesses are mostly warehouses. There’s a sign on the street pointing to the correct parking lot. Once I found the location, parking was easy. Inside, I found a dimly lit spacious space with calming water sounds and candles burning. I requested a combo of Thai and Swedish massage. $ 45 for one hour was more than a fair price for the service I received. My masseuse made me feel comfortable and she really knew what she was doing. I highly recommend this place.

During my massage I requested a bit more focus on my shoulder which I think may have taken away from the process. It was great for deep tissue, but the stretching was rushed at the end, and she never walked past my thigh.
Was able to make a same day appointment. The establishment was clean and spacious. The therapist was nice and greeted me right away, and the services were very reasonable priced.

Once after finding some great reviews on Unilocal with the girlfriend. After a great experience, we booked another massage later for Valentine’s Day for fun, about three weeks in advance. Our appointment was at 10:30 AM. I tried to call ahead and confirm the appointment the morning of, but whoever answered the phone understand me at all. I then went with my friend to our appointment even though I couldn’t confirm it. The door was locked and we called twice, each one of us calling one, and we couldn’t get any accurate information. I think the woman said that «we don’t open until 1230» but clearly it opens at 10 AM because we had made two appointments! Very sad because I was really looking forward to my appointment with my friend. She is in from York so it’s not like we can go together every single day.

I sat 9 hours daily for a week of classes on the most uncomfortable conference room chair. My lower back was throbbing, making it impossible to sleep. At 4pm on a Friday, I read the Unilocal reviews and went for it. I made the last appointment of the evening, 7pm.
Driving there, all I found were industrial spaces. I thought, «this looks dark and scary. They must have the wrong address listed.» I eventually found the sign and parked behind the building.
Inside, I was surprised to see how big the place is. The place is clean; smells very nice; and the relaxing sounds made me feel better.
Lilly went to work on me. She applied the kind of pressure that made my legs shake in pain, as she worked out knots that had been in my lower back way too long. The hot stones worked miracles. She stretched and pulled my body in different directions. I needed this.
When it was finished, Lilly apologized for the pain I endured. I explained that she didn’t cause the paid. The pain was already there. She did what she knew to do to make it better. If anything, I felt like I probably injured her with the amount of work she had to put in
This is a legit place. I wasn’t looking for anything more than true physical care, and this place delivered. I plan to take my husband so that we can share a couple’s room for massage.
My kids are old enough to sit quietly while playing with their electronics. The front room is a place where I could sit them. This will be a huge incentive to visit more frequently, especially when i go back with my husband.
Before walking out at 8, I had concerns about walking to my car. Without asking, the owner walked out with me and saw that I got to my cat safely. This place proved to be a hidden gem.

I’ve been to many places and I used to drive to T.O. not knowing this place is just right under my nose. I walked in to check the place first as I’m not sure if this is the place for me. Pon immediately entertained me and had me up and running without the wait. She gave me the best massage one could ever imagined. She is a tiny lady with super strength to work on every inch, muscles and pain of your body. She stretches you like a rubber band and all you could do is respond with «oohhhs and ahhhs that is really great» for every bones that crack. Hands down this is my best Thai massage experience ever. Please check them out. You will not be disappointed at all. To my male friends, Pon wants me to spread the word –no happy ending in this place.

My love for this place is almost as deep as the massages I’ve gotten here.
The place: It’s a little hidden on Canoga but once you are inside there is no doubt that it was made for relaxation. It’s dark, there is soothing music playing in the background, and I’m pretty sure there’s a waterfall. The best part is that you get your own room.
The massage: Amazing. I’m a swimmer so I have knots that are out of this world. Instead of brushing over them or following a routine, the lady that worked on me really concentrated on leaving me knot-​free. They ask you how hard you want it, and if you say light it’ll be light and relaxing, but if you say deep they will be true to their word. I tend to stick with medium :) My masseuse also used hot stones on me for no extra fee and it was absolutely fantastic.
The price: Great! For the luxury of your own room + a great massage it is very reasonably. About $ 47/​hr.
Overall: Highly, highly recommend.

Wow talk about a deep tissues massage, she got so deep it was like a deep bone massage! Cracked every bone in my body it felt amazing! She got my problem area with out even asking. If it’s too hard for you, you can always ask them to go a little softer.
This is my new place to go for a massage. It’s a bit hidden in between all these auto shops places but not hard to find.
The price was great in my opinion it was 80 for 1 hour couple massage, so 40 each.

I just stopped in for a massage with Lili based on the reviews here on Unilocal.This place is right next to my office and I have to say that I agree with the rest of the folks on here. The place may be in an out of the way location, but it is definitely a sweet find. Lili was a excellent therapist and know’s what she’s doing. I think that her boyfriend is who set the place up. She mentioned that he was who purchased a lamp that i was admiring and I read that someone else may have though the same.
The interior of the spa is more like a spa than most places. Well decorated, with a very comfortable vibe relaxed vibe. The room was clean and comfortable. It could have been a little warmer but good therapeutic massage is hard work for the therapist so I understand why its not very warm.
The massage was great. Good hard pressure and at the same time, she checked in often to make sure that I was OK. My girlfriend is an excellent massage therapist who knows many methods and so I understand what a good massage is like. I know, I know. Why would I be going somewhere else if my girl knows whats she doing? Well we already work on each other once a week but for now that’s just not enough for me. I’ve got some serious knots built up and its going to take a few weeks of multiple sessions to get me back to the right flow and I can’t ask my girl to dedicate that much time to me. It’s kinda like asking your mechanic husband to come home and fix your car twice a week. Anyway, I can highly recommend Lili at Bambu, and will schedule a visit for the next few weeks to get caught up myself and give my girl some breathing room. Shoot, I may even bring her in to see Lili. :-)
