Right at Home of Morris & Union Counties is a family owned home care agency that has been serving NJ seniors for 10 years. We offer hourly care, live-​in care, transportation, personal care, companion care, Alzheimer’s care, respite, in-​assisted living or rehab care. Our trained, insured, and bonded Certified Home Health Aides can assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, safety supervision, and more based on your needs. We take pride in our mission; To improve the quality of life for those we serve.

History

Established in 2003.

Right at Home supports the local community as a member of the Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce, Morris County Caregiver Coalition, as well as supporting efforts at local Senior Centers. We educate the community about available resources for seniors through our Caring, Sharing Network and offer specialized training to our Caregivers. The owners are Certified Senior Advisors and Right at Home is a proud member of the Home Care Association of America (formerly the National Private Duty Association), Alzheimer’s Early Detection Alliance, as well as an approved vendor of Veterans Affairs.

John and Juanita M.

Business Owner

Juanita and John Major began Right at Home, Chatham in March of 2003. Dealing with aging family members over the years was an inspiration for the Majors to start a business that assists both seniors and the community that they live in. Both John and Juanita are longtime residents of Chatham and Madison, NJ and have been highly involved in their community through different service organizations and youth organizations, as their children grew up in Chatham. John is a Vietnam Army Veteran and is proud to say that Right at Home is approved by the Department of Veteran Affairs to provide Home Care to eligible Vets.
