Good stuff, I have been coming here on and off for about 10 years. They are always pretty helpful, my wife can be difficult to shop for so the options between gifts and jewelry helps. The jewelry options seem to be pretty varied, they have the more serious and the stuff the big guy that works there refers to as «Fun», under $ 250ish. Good wedging gift options too, etched barware on the cheaper side and the Simon Peace handmade stuff from Vermont. Wrapping and shipping are a bonus. Check out the«Old Silver» options, pretty unique. I certainly never had the bad experience the other person had. Easy peasy

F. Gerald New is my go-to store for unique gifts and jewelry! I can always find something beautiful and interesting– from the tons of weddings gifts I have given to all the jewelry I have been collecting over the years! Even though I am in New York city now I can still call and have my favorite gifts shipped so easily from a simple phone call! It’s new jersey’s best kept secret but I am happy to share because it’s so great! Catherine, Paul and the whole family are all such creative, stylish and wonderful people!

I grew up shopping here with my parents and I now continue to shop here as an adult. It’s a beautiful store filled with fun things you don’t see all over the place. They have jewelry and gifts in all price ranges. It’s a must see and shop kind of store! They are super helpful, nice and laid back– I’m known to run in after hot yoga — in my sweaty cloths– and they don’t care :)(ps if you go in– ask Katherine to see Dewey — the shop dog)

Snotty employees!!! I shop on Madison Avenue and at well established and high-end places more often than anywhere else yet I am treated like a peasant when I walk into this store. The reason I go back is because it’s conveniently a local store and have great gifts that can be monogrammed. However, the employees are nothing less than rude. Many people in town that I’ve talked to feel the same way so I know it is not only to me. I am nothing but pleasant to the employees, however, I rarely ever had a pleasant experience. If they were nicer people to be around I would absolutely shop there more often.
