History

Established in 2003.

Dave Durst and Jim Gans originally went into business together in 1976. With over 60 years of combined experienced in residential construction, they started Durst & Gans Building in 2003. Dave and Jim are both from the southwest metro area and have built a reputation of excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
