Established in 1991.

For over 20 years, Regency has dedicated itself to helping Michigan homeowners and business owners restore their properties after disasters. Regency was founded in Clinton Township, Michigan in 1991, and since that time it has developed a reputation for providing some of the best disaster cleanup services in the region.

Our team is highly trained and has the ability to fully restore commercial, residential, multi-​family, and governmental properties. Whatever your disaster cleanup needs, Regency can provide them. We pride ourselves on the quality of our team, which is why we invest a lot in employee training and certification.

Scott S.

Business Owner

Scott P. Stamper established Regency Property Restoration in 1991. With over twenty five years of experience in the industry, Scott and his company have had the pleasure of helping communities all over the United States recover after disasters. His restoration expertise includes fire, wind, water, and mold restoration as well as biological decontamination and full service reconstruction. In 2005, Scott earned the industry’s highest designation of Certified Restorer from the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), the oldest and largest international trade association for restorers. In 2014 he was honored by his peers and elected to serve as President of the RIA.

Scott has made it a priority to give to others. Through Regency, Scott has had the pleasure to sponsor many Make-​A-​Wish children and also support the Buddy Walk, the Susan Breast Cancer Foundation, Our Lady of Nazareth School in Nairobi, Kenya and many other charitable and non-​profit organizations.
