History

Established in 1993.

TLC Laser Eye Centers operate over 70 centers and is one of the largest providers of laser vision correction in North America. TLC doctors have performed more than 1 million procedures. TLC ‘s laser technology is FDA approved and shown to be safe and effective. TLC doctors where among the first to perform the LASIK procedure. Business Owner

Dr. Andrew Holzman is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a Corneal Surgery specialist and completed his Corneal Surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Institute in 1991. He is the Medical Director at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Charlottesville and Tysons Corner and also performs surgery and patient evaluations at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Rockville.

Dr. Holzman has performed more than 55,000 vision correction procedures and has been instrumental in the introduction of many devices, including Bladeless LASIK, to the D.C. Metro area.
