About the Proprietor: A long time resident of Charlottesville, Carolyn Polson is the proud proprietor of The Inn at 400 West High and the happy hostess of visitors from far and wide. She enjoys sharing the city’s secret hotspots with her guests and giving insider tips on how to get the most out of a short stay. With a background in education and the arts, Carolyn also enjoys conversing about music and travel, and sharing the occasional story about her two sons Cameron and Kyle. As Carolyn is fond of telling visitors, Cameron’s wife Amanda is the family cookie-maker extraordinaire, and lucky guests will get to experience her baking first-hand.
