I’ve been very impressed with Dr. Stewart’s office. Each treatment I’ve received has been very effective after a few visits.
The nurses and doctors have all been very friendly and patient, answering questions and completing my treatments efficiently during my appointments.
The only complaint I have is with the wait times to be seen. I’ve been fortunate to be seen fairly quickly for my first few treatments, but waited 45 minutes for my last appointment before having to grab the attention of someone in the front office to ask how much longer my wait would be. When I was told it would be another 20 minutes, I refused to wait any longer and rescheduled. I wish I had known when I checked in how long the wait would be — I would have been saved those 45 minutes! I appreciate the attention each patient gets, but would prefer they just not schedule an appointment if there’s not going to be space for that appointment.
Overall, I would recommend their office. It seems wait times are always going to be an issue with doctor’s offices.
