Established in 1988.

In 1988, Penelope Searcy opened Penelope to fill a shopping void in the Lynchburg area. Since then, Penelope has grown to become one of Virginia’s largest boutique chains and a favorite destination for women of all ages. Penelope is proud to offer an award-​winning collection of sterling silver jewelry, Pandora, Alex and Ani, Bourbon & Boweties, and TOMS Shoes.
