Worst McDonalds ever. The inside looked 50 years old. The food sucked. The staff was retarded and was just joking like hyenas. The workers took a while for my words to hit their brains and they were just blank for like 5 seconds. This place needs to renovate and hire new staff

I don’t guess some of the reviewers come to this McDonald’s often. I go there about 2xs a week now because the customer service is so poor. I work close to this location and my co workers got there too. We all have the same experience! Employees tend to be every argumentative.

I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s and have even banned some from my list of fast food spots to visit. But this McDonald’s by Staples off of Route 29 in Charlottesville is on the TOP of my list for Breakfast stops.
They’re are consistently fast, fresh and friendly. Great job to the team and Manager who keeps these folks motivated to do fine work.

This McDonald’s has a new drive through process where you have to give your order to an employee standing about 10 feet away from the big menu. You can’t see the menu from this vantage point but he will not allow you to move forward to see it. There is a very small menu with limited items that you can see. If you know the menu, this isn’t bad but if you are like me and need to «see» it too bad. He won’t let you. He’ll just stand there and tap his clip board like he’s doing you a favor to wait. Horrible service. Called to talk to the manager and she just made excuses. Asked for a number to call thw owner and she gave me a 9 digit number…
