I came here with a time sensitive situation and Dr. Young’s office was extremely accommodating with scheduling me for a diagnostic exam even though I was a new client. The friendly nature of the front desk staff helped me to feel comfortable and Dr. Young and his team were extremely communicative throughout my visit (s). The dental technician did a wonderful job of explaining each step of my procedure, as did Dr. Young, and they both were meticulous in their approach to the work done. Throughout the procedure I felt at ease because of the time spent explaining what to expect and the fact that at any point I could easily ask for a «break» should I find that I need it.
In short, because of Dr. Young’s careful examination and approach he found an alternative procedure was viable. As a result, he saved me both time and money. Additionally, the patience in which he approached my visit (s) was also noted and very much appreciated. I definitely felt like he valued me as a customer.
For those that may be concerned about cost of work, I’d encourage folks to contact both your respective dental insurance companies and Dr. Young’s office for a quote of cost for in/​out network payment. It helped me decide on what elected options I had and in turn the cost of treatment.

The first review is entirely correct. They misquoted me a price for work then charged me double after the fact. When I called to clarify the women who handles the insurance said it wasn’t her job (it quite literally is…) and then she hung up on me. Don’t go here!

I cannot believe how horrible this dentist office is. I was told that the office accepted my insurance. Then, I was given the entire shebang of services; cleaning, full mouth x-​rays, new patient oral evaluation, etc. No one took a moment to discuss what charges would accompany these services or ask if I had existing x-​rays that they could view. Instead, I blindly received a $ 400 bill for mine and my boyfriend’s cleaning. When I called to discuss the bill, the person on the phone actually put the phone down while I was speaking so she didn’t have to hear my complaint. In other words, as I was discussing my concerns, she actually took the phone off of her ear and placed it down so she didn’t have to listen. She did this to me twice throughout the conversation! Then when I asked to speak with her boss, she informed me that her boss is the dentist and because he is there every day, he is aware of the quality of her work. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. This is the first time I’ve ever paid for a teeth cleaning, let alone $ 400! I cannot warn everyone enough… do not go to this dentist!!! They will treat you well while you’re there — then they will over charge you and become money sucking monsters after they’ve completed their services.
