Leigh has a B. S. degree from Clemson University in Construction Science and Management. He is also a VNLA Certified Horticulturist and VA Pesticide Technician. Leigh enjoys spending time with his wife, working in his yard, hunting, fishing and Clemson football — Go Tigers!
