History
Established in 2009.
Lucinda opened her first Face Value Salon in the Old Trail Village Center in June of 2009. Since then Face Value has won a number of awards, been voted Best Salon in Charlottesville numerous times and has been sought out for hair and makeup services for many noteworthy clients like Miss United States and the Miss Virginia/USA contestants.
In 2014 Lucinda opened her second Face Value Salon — Aveda in the prestigious Shops at Stonefield in the heart of Charlottesville.

Business Owner
Before opening Face Value Salon, Lucinda worked for Jose Eber in Los Angeles and managed the Lancome Institute in Washington, DC. She has attended numerous advanced training classes.
Her specialties are Bridal hair styling and makeup. She also enjoys doing HD makeup for print, film and television. Her work can be seen in several national magazines.
