Massage and energy work has always been my passion! I love creating the perfect massage for my clients after spending time with them deciding how they see the perfect session and how massage can improve your overall health.

I use an integrative approach to massage therapy utilizing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and the energetic technique, Reiki.
