We opened in Nelson County Virginia, in Spring of 2011, and have recently moved to Downtown Charlottesville. Our shop specializes in painted American antiques, handmade candles and home accessories, garden statuary, and select vintage, architectural, and industrial pieces.

Business Owner

Born in Charlottesville Virginia, I left in 1985 to live near the ocean. Lived in Hampton Roads for 10 years and then in Hatteras Village, NC for 10 years. While on Hatteras Island I painted furniture and did art shows occasionally. My husband and I moved back to Charlottesville in 2007, and we decided to try our hand at our own business. My mom and grandmother were both antiques dealers in the area for years, so it only came naturally for me. My husband has a fondness for old tools, birdhouses, and garden items so he compliments the shop with his finds. It is a mix that is quite unusual in deed.
