Wilburn’s Auto Body Shop

I’ve used Wilburns twice and each time I’ve been very pleased with the service.
They’re easy to find and conveniently located right off WT Harris. There’s a Enterprise located just around the corner which makes for a extremely easy transition from your car to a rental… don’t forgot Enterprise will pick you up.
The first time I used Wilburn the insurance company recommended them. After getting a quote and talking to the staff I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. After a few days my car was ready for pickup. Before the give your car back it’s been washed, vacuumed, and cleaned up like new.
My second repair with Wilburn my experience was even better then the first. This time the party causing the accident chose not to go though insurance, opting to pay out of pocket. Wilburn had no issues with this and worked directly with the person who’d be paying. I received regular text and calls keeping me updated on what was being done to my car and letting me know how things were going. This time the repairs were more extensive than the last and parts needed to be ordered so they had my car for a couple weeks. Again when I picked it up, it had been washed, vacuumed, cleaned like new! The receptionist tells you what’s under warranty and gives a break down of the repairs.
Fingers crossed I don’t need them again, but if I have another unfortunately accident they’ll be my go to repair shop.

Service was fast and friendly at this auto body shop in North Charlotte (right off of West WT Harris). The parking lot was full of cars to be repaired making it obvious this is a busy shop. However, the quote I received was higher than another quote. Perhaps there is a difference in price when you are fiing an insurance claim vs. when you are not (they asked). In any case, if you need body work on this side of town, I would recommend you check out Wilburn’s. They also have other locations in the Charlotte area.
