At Twenty Degrees, we create chocolates and confections by hand in small batches using premium ingredients in flavor combinations designed to comfort or surprise you. Our goal is to provide swoon-worthy treats for your everyday indulgence. If we can bring a smile (or better yet, a sigh!) to your lips, we’ve done our job.
Our kitchen is located within Petit Philippe, our ‘brother’ store, where you can watch us making our creations while you sample a chocolate. You can purchase chocolates by the piece or in gorgeous boxed collections. We also feature hand-made marshmallows, pates de fruit, caramelized chocolate almonds and a range of other sweet treats.
History
Established in 2010.
Twenty Degrees Chocolates was launched in conjunction with Petit Philippe, a wine and chocolate store and tasting room, in December 2010.

Business Owner
Casey Hickey earned her Diplôme de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris and her professional chocolatier certification from Ecole Chocolat. Her chocolate brand, Twenty Degrees Chocolates, was named in recognition that cocoa trees are cultivated within 20 degrees latitude of the equator. Prior to launching her artisan chocolate business, Hickey worked in several Bay Area pastry kitchens, including Scharffen Berger chocolate’s Café Cacao.
