History

Established in 1984.

David Young started Tri-​Square in 1984 and stills owns and operates the company today. Tri-​Square started out specializing in building additions and remodeling homes in the Myers Park, Foxcroft and Dilworth areas. Over the years Tri-​Square moved into building new custom homes as it grew into one of the areas largest remodeling companies and most respected home builders in Charlotte.
