Top of the Line – Charlotte

If I could give zero stars I would. Same story as everyone else. Bought groupon several calls before I get a call back. Finally made appointment a month after groupon expired. Detailer canceled due to rain. Called office # guy tells me to send him a text which I did. He never responded. Finally called groupon and got a refund. Lesson learned.

didn’t show up for either of two scheduled appointments. Many calls unreturned. When I did finally get through the person was totally unapologetic. Too bad. I really enjoy supporting local business when it is earned.

Mack was fantastic! I did have to call and leave a message, but he called back promptly and was able to come out the next business day.
My 4 year old car looks & smells brand new! I couldn’t ask for more & will recommend Mack & Top Of The Line to all my neighbors & friends. My mother in law is so pressed that she asked for a gift certificate for her birthday.
I will definitely use them again.

If you were wondering if this place has changed, I can tell you that they have not.
I live about five minutes from their address and was looking forward to getting a mobile detailing company I could use long term to keep my two cars clean. So I grabbed two Groupons to try out the company.
As described in the other Unilocal,you cannot get anyone on the phone. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. I received a callback one time, off hours, over a week after I left a message. Sadly I missed the phone call and never heard back from them again.
Groupon gave me their email address, or an email address that no one checks or responds to. Despite my later multiple phone calls, messages and emails, no one ever got back to me.
Top of the Line appears to use Groupon because they could not otherwise stay in business, as they are unable to schedule out the one and only thing they do.
Buy the Groupon at your own risk. I have just finally received my refund. What a waste of time.

I have been extremely disappointed with Top of the Line — Charlotte. I called the company to make an appointment multiple times, and each time I received a recording. I left a message each time with all of the contact information they requested, and it took them over two weeks to call me back even though the recording said I would be contacted in the next 48 hours.
Then when I was finally able to make an appointment, they never showed up. I tried to call to verify that they would arrive, but of course I got the recording again. I find them to be extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Even the recording on their company phone line has awkward pauses and a lack of clarity.
If you’re thinking of buying the Groupon or Living Social voucher for this company, I would think again. Save your money for a company that actually values its customers.
