I’ve been getting my special cakes here since my kids were babies — we just got my daughter’s sweet 16 cake last week. Best cakes in Charlotte, hands down. Delicious, and absolutely gorgeous. I’ve never seen such exquisite piping. Worth every penny!

Tizzerts made the cake for my bridesmaids luncheon. It was beautiful and the raspberry lemon was delicious. Everyone complimented the cake, especially the detail. It was reasonably-priced for the quality and occasion and they delivered it for us just as promised. I even lived out of town at the time at did the whole ordering process by phone.

I ordered two cakes for my husbands birthday. One was the lemon and the other salted caramel. For picking up Saturday for Sunday, they stayed fresh and good. Once cut I felt after refrigerating it a second time it wasn’t very soft. The first sitting though the cake was dense and moist! The buttercream is it traditional but very light, almost like a whipped cream frosting. My husband loved but I personally like the sweet buttercream. The lemon was really good, the filling had a little tartness which was great. I gave them a penn state photo and they put it in the cake. Turned it great. The salted caramel was good but tasted more like butterscotch I think. The filling was more cream like with flavoring. Overall good but pricey. For $ 90 feel like two 8″ cakes is a lot. Don’t get me wrong they are homemade and I expect to pay more. Just thought one was just ok. Hope to try more cupcake flavors when they open their shop.
