Best place to live within the beltline. Gated community right outside Midwood Plaza. One and Two bedrooms available. I rent a 2 bedroom and it is full of huge windows with lots of natural light. The maintenance staff is amazing and kind. There have been a few issues since we moved in but the good definitely out weighs the bad. Our rent is a great price for our location and space! I also have to brag that I have fabulous neighbors!

Has been a great experience living here so far. I haven’t had any problems with noise, or parking, all of my neighbors in the community have been very friendly. It feels safe and the leasing staff is really helpful and easy to work with. Jady helped me through my application process and was available to answer any of my questions. I haven’t tried out the pool or common areas yet, but they always look clean and well kept.
Of the few problems I’ve had, the Briar Creek gate has been broken for a couple weeks. As of this morning, it’s been fixed, but it usually doesn’t stay fixed for long. There was a power outage a month ago in my building, but it was fixed the next morning. I haven’t heard anything about break-​ins, as another commenter said, but would be interested to know if that was going on in the community. So far, as mentioned earlier, I feel safe here and would recommend it to other renters. It seems like they’ve been running quite a few move-​in specials in the last couple of months to get renters on the property, so now would be a good time to inquire about vacancies. The floor plan in my apartment is very open and spacious, and the balcony is a plus.

Awesome, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable apartments and grounds. Well maintained. They have a pool and a community garden which is small but a nice addition to the already inviting complex. They gave us the tour, approved us, and we were in our new place in 2 days. Pretty amazing.
