Carl and Tammy were awesome. After being in a fender bender they took great care of me and my car. Carl will go to bat for you with the insurance company and make sure you get you car back in the shape it was in before your accident. I was dreading dealing with the headache of getting my car repaired and dealing with the insurance. But Carl made it easy peasy. I’ll be sending my friends and family here.

It’s never a good day to have to get body work done, but Carl and Tammy made it very easy to deal with getting my car fixed. Once I had contacted my insurance company and told them I would like to use the Body Shop, they handled everything. The coordinated getting the estimate approved and the repair work so I could get my car back as quickly as possible.
When the insurance company made a mistake on the billing, Tammy caught it before the repair work was completed and Carl handled the issue with one phone call. By the time I picked up the car it had been resolved and I didn’t have to worry about getting additional reimbursement from my insurance company.
Overall, it was about as painless as it could be and I had my car back in less than a week. The repair work came out perfect, you could never tell that the car was ever damaged, it looks as good as new! I hope I don’t have to use their services again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my car back to the Body Shop.
