Visiting Charlotte for a business trip. Decided to treat myself for a spa day. Looked on Unilocal and T-​Nails was near my hotel and have the best rating. I’m so glad I have chosen this salon. Everyone there seem to be so nice. Customer service must be their priority. I came in kinda close to their closing time on a Saturday night and they were still happy to help me. A lady there name Kim work on my pedicure and she was so good at what she do. I had the best pedicure ever. Kim was awesome with the massage. For a tiny lady she sure was born with a very strong yet gentle arms. As for my nails and eyebrow, I have a young lady there by the name of Angel. Omg, this chick looks so young but man she have some skill, I never have nails looking this awesome before. She have the shape, length, and thickness just the way I asked her to do. Her English was really good so that helped her understood what I wanted. I’m quite a picky person but she satisfy all my request. But I save the best for last. Angel did a amazing job on my eyebrow. I wish I can bring her back with me to she can do my nails and eyebrow forever. Would total recommend t-​nails and I recommend Kim for pedicure and Angel for nails (full set) and eyebrow.

I wish I lived in Charlotte because I would come back. They don’t rush! Yes! It’s been awhile since I’ve been in a salon for a pedicure and didn’t feel like they were trying to finish in 15 minutes. The color selection is decent but could use a few corals.

My friend and I came here on vacation to get pedicures and had no wait time even though they were super busy.
Our techs were Tony and Wendy, they were FANTASTIC. We both got the deluxe pedicures and couldn’t have left Happier.
My friend had horrible ingrowns on both big toes and those Wendy handled them with precision and care. Tony gave the best leg and foot massage I have ever received. If I lived closer I would come here with any of my nail needs!
Everyone was very friendly and the prices are perfect.

I have been coming here for years! Why am I just writing a review? Who knows but I really love that this shop is so close to where I live. Service is always good and I have never had a complaint in 8 years. I don’t come as often as I should but the owner still remembers me. This is located in the wal-​mart shopping center off of S. Tryon. You can grab lunch at the many restaurants near by after you pamper yourself! Definitely worth the stop!

This is my go to nail salon. I always get pedicures and acrylic. I did get gel a few times and it lasted a good 3 weeks on me. I Love the staff they are very friendly. Saturday’s are super busy but they always have a full staff so the wait goes by fast.

I love this nail salon. I usually go to Wendy because she is awesome and she takes her time. Regardless of who you go to at T nails you are going to be taken care of. Their work is excellent and the nail salon is always busy. They have plenty of gel colors to select from and offer you a beverage while being serviced.

I’m from NY and when I moved down here I knew it would be trial and error to find a good place to do my nails that I’m Comfortable with. I’ve been here about 6 times. I’m the type of girl that likes designs and bows and if I’m vacationing I want a nice set of long nails with pretty designs. Well they don’t do that. They didn’t even know what stiletto shaped nails are. And then when I asked about the ombré color they had no idea what I was talking about. Everyone is very nice but they need to increase their knowledge on the latest nail trends. Far too many times I just went there for a fill-​in, had my nails polished clear and came home and did my OWN design. I’m not paying for that. I hear about this other place and I’m gonna try it on my next day off but I won’t be coming back here… strictly because the salon doesn’t meet my needs.

Went for a gel manicure at lunch time. They were very friendly and nice. Started on me right away even though they looked very busy.
Nails turned out great! Will be back!

Relaxing trip! Love the staff and the quality of my mani/​pedi is perfect. Comparable price to other salons in the area with excellent servuce!

I have been a long time customer, but will never return after today. I made an appointment for today and waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time. They kept taking others back and when I asked the owner about having an appointment she gave me attitude. They are like any other cheap nail salon. A dime a dozen. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went in for a pedicure (regular $ 25). The guy that attended me was very nice, took his time and did a great job. I can’t imagine how the deluxe would’ve been. Very nice staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere even though it was jammed packed.

I just moved to Charlotte and have been looking for a salon. I got a regular pedicure and a gel polish. The pedicure was great although I waited almost thirty minutes with my feet soaking until someone came to do anything. The polish was good and he was mindful of my blisters from running. However the gel polish on my hands was terrible. It was applied way too thick and while it was drying it moved and pooled near the edges of my nails. There are several places where it is over my cuticles and off the edge of the nail. I’m going to have to get them redone in probably a week (instead of the two I normally wait) and I definitely will not be going back here.

I’m in Charlotte for work and I stopped by to get a simple gel manicure. I have to say I got one of the best gel manicures I’ve ever had! The male manicurist who helped me was so quick but extremely detailed. My cuticles were raggedy and he cleaned them perfectly. He also applied the gel with such a clean edge (heavy application near the cuticles ruins everything) that I know it’s going to really last without lifting. I highly recommend the male manicurist! And the place is clean with over 60 gel colors

I am still totally in LOVE with this place! They offer consistently good service and really do a great job making you feel welcome!
You will not regret going here!
