Karen has been in real estate since 2005 and is licensed in both North and South Carolina. Passionate, dedicated and experienced in residential real estate — she will guide you through the real estate process. Either buying or selling she prides herself in being friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. She wants to take care of her clients and will always have their best interest in mind. With the housing market and real estate rules constantly changing — Karen stays current on the latest changes and trends thru networking, reading real estate updates on a daily basis, taking classes and continually talking and working with mortgage professionals.

She will not only help her clients find the right home — but make sure they are getting a fair price.
