With over 15 years professional training and nutritional experience, Zeke specializes in aligning exercise and nutrition to gain the optimum results. As contributing author to FitAphrodite, Zeke believes, values, endorses, supports, and practices the information and techniques he teaches. He believes that understanding the «why, how and when» of exercise and nutrition are crucial for success.
