History

Established in 1992.

Sunbelt of Charlotte is an independent licensee of Sunbelt Business Brokers, the largest organization of professional business intermediaries in the world. The Charlotte, NC Office was founded in 1992 and is the oldest franchisee in the Sunbelt Business Brokers Network.

For many years, our focus has been on representing sellers in the $ 500,000 to 3 million dollar range from a wider variety of business sectors than a typical business brokerage firm. Our Charlotte office has consistently been recognized as the top producing Sunbelt office nationally and/​or the top producing office on the east coast.

Meet the Business Owner

Lynn M.

Business Owner

Lynn is the owner of the Sunbelt Business Brokers office in Charlotte, NC. He has 35 years of business experience, with a focus on creating customized business solutions. He lived or worked full time in Europe and Latin America for 20 years of his professional life. Most of his career involved creating and operating outsourcing contracts for one of the world’s largest outsourcers, and later as an international consultant specialized in supporting buyers of outsourcing services.

Lynn holds a Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree from the American Graduate School of International Management. As a young man he served in the United States Marine Corps. He speaks French and Spanish. Lynn holds the Sunbelt CMSBB certification and is a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina as well as a member of IBBA, CVBBA and M&A Source professional organizations for Business Brokers.
