History

Established in 2002.

Became a Realtor/​Broker after relocating from Southern California where I was a professionally designated residential real estate appraiser. Having a complete understanding of appraisal, I decided to transition into residential brokerage to help people buy and sell their home. Evaluating a market and understanding what influences are affecting each property is a unique skillset seldom seen in general brokerage. I’m here to help, please let me know how I can assist you.

Raised in Southern California (Orange County: Tustin, Newport Beach, Anaheim, Irvine) I joined a mom and pop residential appraisal firm upon graduating college. After nine months working there I became the office manager and three months later became co-​owner. I ran the business for nine years before joining a bank as its head residential appraiser. I also have experience as an expert witness in a court of law. Relocated my family in October, 1999, to Charlotte, NC, and became a new home sales consultant before going into general brokerage. I have enjoyed working with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors since 2003. In February, 2007, I was diagnosed with gastric cancer and have successfully beaten that horrible disease. In 2012 was awarded Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society and in 2013 was awarded Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society.
